Not Impressed
Was under the impression that my gutters would be cleaned to the point that Rain water would drain away after being cleaned. Nice lad however left me with a blocked pipe as he was not qualified to unblock the pipe that fits onto the downpipe. So I now have a clean gutter that still doesn't do what it's supposed to. Waist of money. Will not use again.

Unfortunately, downpipes that end directly in the ground are a drainage issue and we can only clear it above ground level. Downpipes are meant to end above the ground to avoid these things from occurring.

James was such a friendly and hard-working man. Nothing was a bother to James; he thoroughly cleaned my gutters and was very respectful of my furniture as he had to go through the lobby to reach the back garden gutters. Finally, Ben Gutters keeps me informed when they are due for a clean.
