Connor H arrived within the time agreed and was polite and courteous. He explained what he was going to do and took before and after photos to show me the difference. Would definitely recommend and use again

We got them to clean our gutters last year when we moved home. They did the job and it was all ok.
Since January this year they are pestering us sending messages that we need to clean gutters, recently they send another message to my partner that they clean roofs as well.
General pestering. We don’t like being pestered.
We won’t use them again because of their action.

Great company. Came out to clean the gutters on my static caravan the day after I rang them. Unblocked 2 down pipes and sorted out a gap in one section. Price wasn’t too bad either. Would recommend.

Each time this company has visited to clear my gutters, their operatives have been very punctual, efficient, friendly but polite, and left everywhere, clean and tidy. I would highly recommend them.

Do not be conned by the 5* reviews on TrustPilot (as I was) - those are obviously posted by shills. This company demands full payment up front, not just a deposit. That should have been a lesson for me - let it be one for you. Anyway as my gutters have not been cleaned for several years I went for the full clean, inside and outside guttering, fascia and soffits and also my conservatory. So the total was £250 which I paid by credit card. The date/time of arrival (within a 2 hour window) was agreed and that was confirmed by email and text.

I took a half day off work for this at considerable cost to me and inconvenience for my own customers. The 2 hour window came and went but nobody arrived and there were no phone calls from the company to inform me about late running so I phoned them. The first excuse was that the cleaner was delayed but that rapidly changed to 'he will not be arriving at all today'. So I cancelled the transaction and instructed them to make a refund to my credit card - I was informed that this could take up to 5 working days. The refund was made 7 days after I had made the payment. Failing that I was ready to instruct my credit card merchant to make a Section 75 return of funds.

So there you have it - no arrival, no incoming phone calls of explanation but a lot of my money splashed out up front, a wait for its return and the cost of me taking 1/2 day off work.

You have been warned.

It's partly my fault as I was bullied into action by my partner rather than just doing the job myself. I looked at the flier and thought I was employing a local lad with a bit if "get up and go". The flier appeared to be hand written to give this impression. The flier also stated "CLEAN your gutters". Got a price based on this £170- i thought okay a bit expensive but agreed to keep my partner happy. 2 guys arrived and told us they had priced to clear the gutters. Not clean- this was an extra £80. On principle I did not agree so they just cleared my gutters that weren't even blocked. They were at my house for an hour. Feel pretty ripped off tbh. Paid cash on the day yet still received an invoice in the post. If they chase payment I will be even more pissed off

I had phoned up to ask Bens Gutters if they could help with a blocked hopper. They were very quick at arranging an appointment, confirming date, time and thatJason would attend. He was very polite and professional. He cleaned all the gutters and the blocked hopper. He gave very helpful advice on where to place water butts. We would definitely recommended Bens Gutters to other people.
