They cancel order without notifying
Placed an order for contact lenses I hoped to receive on time. 7 days after, I decided to message them to check status of my order - and they told me it was canceled. And no one has informed me! Now Im risking being without contact lenses at all as I need to order again from another store.

Order was delayed
Order was received but it took much longer than expected (due to Eid), which is understandable. But there were no commutation on possible delays, customer service officers were rather unhelpful and borderline rude. Would not recommend this shop if you need your order quickly.

Having been happily using Gulf Optics for my contact lense needs for quite some time, this time, not only had the price increased by more than 42%, but the items I wanted were not in stock and would have taken two weeks to deliver. I was therefore offered an alternative product that took my daily costs from around $1.60 to more than $3.27. Let's see how they do next time . . .
