love this deodorant
love this deodorant, it’s the best solid one I’ve used. Very effective at keeping me dry and fresh and has a lovely scent. My only criticism is that it’s hard to use towards the end of its life when the deodorant is lower than the holder, I hate waste so end up using my hands to apply it at that point, small detail and I don’t know how that would actually be avoided anyway.

Fantastic quality
Fantastic quality . Such good value for money ... a bar for everything which helps with baggage allowance as an alternative to all those bottled products . Used the charcoal and lemongrass bar since day 1 and couldn't be without it.

If you DON'T LIKE chemicals being let loose on your body, who does,? Well here's your go to company all natural products at a very reasonable cost. I wouldn't hesitate to buy and use over and over again. Your body will thank you for it. I'm 67 and I love how my skin feels and looks after using. Thank you Gruum.

Shampoo Bar
My order was delivered quickly and the packaging was good. The shampoo bar I bought was lovely, it had a good lather and was a great space saver for travelling too.

Excellent products and customer service
Got a free trial and added a few bits too! Including shampoo and conditioner bars, face wash, lip balm. The envelope got damaged during delivery and virtually everything had fallen out. When I contacted the company they immediately sent replacements and I love the products I’ve tried so far. Suspect I’ll be back for more!

No notification or free return
Doesn't provide notifications of upcoming orders when on subscription and sends it without warning, giving no chance to delay or cancel if you don't want. After that they then ask you to pay for the postage to return it.
Never trust this company with a subscription, only buy one time if you're going to make a purchase.

£5 postage for a single bar of soap!! Seems pretty high and leads me to suspect that there is a decent profit in the postage, cannot see how it can be this much. Even adding a bit for packaging would not bring it to that cost. Not foor me.

Excellent customer service
I really like the products from this brand.
The facial charcoal bars really suit my sensitive skin and cause no reaction.
I've also bought the wonki bars a few times. They're an excellent idea to reduce waste, as they are the offcuts.
I've ordered them a few times and have been lucky sometimes to get the small cut offs which are brilliant for weekends and holidays.
Some of the wonki bars have ingredients which have not suited my skin, but they are such great value that it's worth me buying them.
I've tried lots of different products and there is a big range to choose from.
Delivery is always very quick with this brand and customer service is excellent.
I've recently experienced an issue with delivery and everything was resolved within 24 hours.

Excellent!!
I first tried Gruum products via a promotion where you only had to pay postage. I wasn’t expecting much! But, I was very pleasantly surprised! As my old faithful products run out, I am gradually replacing them with similar Gruum ones. My face is very sensitive, but has not reacted at all and skin feels happier than it has in a long time. Love the sensible packaging, competitive pricing and prompt despatch. Very happy to recommend

Great products which are predominantly vegan-friendly. (I think it’s one of their hair soaps which isn’t, but check). Very pleased with their excellent customer service - something increasingly hard to come by! 👏
