Every product I've bought from this company i've loved.
Facial soap bars , remove make up easily, even Mascara, and no scrubbing needed.
Moisturiser, soaks in easily , isn't tacky and makeup sits nicely on it.
Sun cream blends in easily. Isn't tacky and is waterproof, It is factor 50 which is very important as I have had a malignant melanoma.
Highly recommend this company , I have been buying from them for 3 years, never disappointed.

Purchased their Christmas advent calendar so that I could try a mixture of items! Still have some to try but so far very impressed! Ideal for taking on holiday!

Been a customer for a while now and their products never disappoint! I have sensitive skin that breaks out easily and their face and body skincare leaves it soft and soothed. Customer service is also great, had a recent issue with an order that was resolved very quickly.

Placed my first order today through a 3rd party Trainline it accept my order took my money sent a confirmation of order saying it had registered an account for me log in to make a password.
Since than over an hour ago if I click on link saying no link I tried to register an account says I have one but I can’t log on. When I go to log in it says I don’t have an account.
I wish it had never ordered anything from this company whose customer services seem appalling.
I either want my order or my money back!
Day 2 still no confirmation of my order being sent just excuse after excuse!! Not good enough
More lies the tracking is not working day 4 no parcel, no refund just lies and more lies!

Went out this morning came home to find a Package left at my flat front door, received email from Royal Mail at around 11am we will be delivering you parcel today between 8.55 -12.55 no good when you are already out? Eventually my order arrived with no prior notification from anyone company. Needless to say I won’t be ordering again.

Lovely products, have used all the soaps, shampoo and conditioner bars, bath salts and bombs, shaving products, and household cleaners, The mineral deodorant bar is fantastic, smells divine and no sweat even digging in the garden
Don't irritate my psoriasis or trigger any allergic reaction which is a miracle given I have brittle asthma and perennial rhinitis and am allergic to most perfumes/scented products
they all work for me and smell amazing....

Lovely products and quick delivery. I had kit with face SPF , tan extender, lip conditioner and a roll on fragrance. All are still being used nearly every day. I have a sensitive skin and none of these set up a reaction so thumbs up for that too.

Their products are great to use and great for the planet!

I forgot to a voucher code at checkout and placed my order. I sent an email to what I could do about what I had done and less than 24hours I had received an email saying that the order had been dispatched but if I could email the voucher code the company would refund the difference.
I’m very pleased with the quick response and the understanding.

I cant comment on the products yet, but the customer service is exceptional. I placed an order but (unknowingly and very stupidly!) got it sent to my previous address. When I contacted them to find out where my order was, they found the issue straight away and got it reordered and sent to my correct address...even though it was my fault I hadn't recieved the original one. Top notch service! Im sure the products will be equally as good once they get here :)

I ordered some replacement body razor heads but they weren't compatible with my older model handle. I wrote to Gruum regarding the problem, they were extremely helpful and very prompt in replying to my issue. They have offered to send me a complimentary handle, which fits the body razor heads, that I ordered.
I am very pleased with the prompt and helpful response from Customer service.

Fantastic products, I bought the facial set and it’s lovely on the skin and the face oil smells divine. I would highly recommend buying it’s seems to be geared towards men hence the name I guess, but to all women out there you will be left with a soft, glowing face and the important sun protection, thankyou 😉

I have used this companies products for over a year and a half now and absolutely love every single thing I've gotten from the website. I also have the subscription for 6 items @£20 every three months and it's always new and great value for the package you get. I also currently moved address and had a problem with changing it on the app or online, customer service got back to me withing 24hrs and even a follow up email a day later to make sure they could help fix my problem when I had missed the 1st email and hadn't replied. Absolutely fantastic and extremely kind customer service from Mikaela! Never had a problem and team are always happy and willing to help. Keep up the good work guys <3
