I ordered a free sample pack containing aftershave balm, a roll-on perfume, shaving foam, and a razor. I only paid for shipping (£5).

The balm, perfume, and foam are all tiny. You can tell why they were giving them away. Plus, the quality leaves much to be desired.

But the worst part was the razor. It simply doesn't shave. Horrible. I had to throw it away and use my cheap disposable razor to finish the job.

Terrible products. It really doesn't matter if everything is "manufactured in the UK" and "good to the environment" if the products are this bad!

I wish I could get my £5 back!

Grüum products are good quality, and smell amazing.
I particularly enjoyed their Christmas calendar full of lovely products, definitely worth the money. Their customer service is also really helpful.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

If I could give 0 I would worst company I have dealt with had a £20 voucher ordered 3 things billed me couple of extra items which I did not order try contacting them no telephone number just email and chat, you sent them email they keep sending you the same email again and again canceled my payment and of top of them they want me to pay postage for sending it back. Don't bother waste of time

The products are always amazing, i especially love the bath stuff since it moisturised without leaving an oily residue that a lot of other bath products do and they always have deals to look forward too! I had a small issue with my latest order because of the shipping company and the customer service helped me sort it out immediately and were so freindly. Can't recommend them enough.

All the products I received were brilliant
The roll deodorant was gorgeous smell❤️
The after sun bar was really easy to use❤️ in fact I was quite shocked as didn't think it would work without water😮❤️
The lip sun protection was brilliant ❤️
I haven't used the sun lotion yet but I would presume it's as good as all the other products
Overall the products were absolutely brilliant more than made up with all products

So easy to order and quick delivery. Really pleased with my products which were sun care items. Roll on for lips, special sun cream for face and a block of after sun. Very impressed

I like shampoo bars and have used the Gruum Coconut shampoo bar for 5 years or so. Their shampoo bars are better than any other brands I have tried. This is the first time I have tried the Mega Moisture version of the bar and it is very good. I wet the bar and my hair, then just smooth the bar down my shoulder length hair a couple of times and there was plenty of shampoo to lather up and clean my hair thoroughly. It also does not cause irritation on my sensitive skin, so the parfum content must be low. It left my hair lovely, clean and soft as well as having a nice shine. I find the shampoo bars so easy so use and for travel - just pop them in the shampoo tin which is simple to put in a wash bag. Takes up much less room than a bottle. Also no plastic bottle, so good for helping reduce all that plastic waste and plastic particles in the water ways and on you. The bars also arrive in pretty cardboard packaging so again, no plastic waste. Great product that I highly recommend."
