What a great customer service
What a great customer service. I had a problem with a moisturiser that I'd ordered. They have taken the time to listen and investigate and replaced the product for me without any problems. I'm a fan of their products and won't hesitate to recommend them to my friends or buy from them again myself.

Light products that feel good on the…
Light products that feel good on the skin and don't leave residue or smears. Lightly scented and not over powering. I suffer from dry skin and it has never been so supple with no tightness. Been recommending their products to all family and friends

Great products
Always buy face oils, shampoo and conditioner bars from Gruum, great products, but this time I tried out the Hemp face oil, love it! In the sea and sun a lot at the moment and have found this oil to be very calming and rebalances my skin.

They offered a cracking promotional deal featuring 4 products. The razor was hopeless - the head wouldn't affix properly to the handle so kept falling off. I had to finish my shave with my boring (but faultless) old Gillette.
The other products (shaving cream, "perfume", balm) were all good.

Would Happily Use Gruum Again
Gruum are a very good, efficient, friendly company, their products are tiptop and a good price. The only issue I had was with Royal Mail as their tracking wasn’t showing the parcel’s progress, so I wrote to Gruum and they replied really quickly, not Gruum’s fault at all, but I was impressed with the speed and helpfulness of the reply from Gruum. I’ll use then again for sure.

Sent alternative products without checking
I ordered a free sample kit but had to pay postage, which is marked at a high price, but reasonable enough I suppose when you consider you’re getting a sample kit to try. My issue is of the three items that were meant to be in my sample kit, only 1 of the originals were supplied. The fact that I have paid money for this service means that this company should have contacted me to see if I wanted to accept the alternatives or not. In my case I wouldn’t have accepted them and would have asked for my money to be refunded. I will now have to reach out directly to get this issue resolved. When a simple email with an accept or decline option would have avoided this altogether. Left feeling frustrated and that I wouldn’t order from this brand again.
UPDATE: I’ve altered my rating from 1 to 3 stars after the customer service team at Gruum reached out to me. Although I still feel frustrated at the original issue, the team at Gruum were polite and helpful.
