I received my 12 core PEMF infrared Therapy Mat Pro two weeks ago. Since that time I have used it everyday on level P5 for 30 minutes.
It was my wife who had been doing research on PEMF mats and had sent me the link to the Grooni Earthing site.
I have been limping for the past year and a half trying to deal with pain on the medial side of my left knee due to osteoarthritis . At first my mat was lost in the mail with UPS. Regina was very sweet and sent me a new one right away an it has arrived, and I love it!

It's been two weeks and the product hasn't shipped, so no, I cannot review it other than the shipping times are extremely slow for something that is very expensive.

I sent an email inquiring about my order and received a response in less than 60 minutes. Regina was friendly and provided information regarding my order. Excellent customer service on questions.

I will leave another review when the product arrives and we have had a chance to use it.

I accidentally ordered the grounding mat twice and contacted customer service—they responded very promptly and were extremely helpful. The mat I originally ordered was on backorder, so they upgraded my order so I could receive it sooner, which I really appreciated.
There was also a mix-up where I received an unrelated product, but they corrected it quickly and sent my plush grounding mat with express shipping. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally.

I would like to start by saying that I truly love this product.

I have been using my Groonie mat for a short time, and I can already feel a difference in my pain levels. I usually suffer from pain that lasts 24 hours a day. I have severe scoliosis, several herniated discs, and strong nighttime pain, which makes it very difficult for me to sleep. Since I started using the mat, I feel a noticeable improvement, especially in how my body feels overall.

I would also like to share my experience with the company’s service. I had serious problems with the delivery company, and my order was delayed for a long time. I live in Spain. I was almost ready to cancel the order, but I really wanted the Groonie mat because I knew the product quality was very good.

I gave you four stars because my initial contact with your company was problematic. I never received a confirmation email nor an expected delivery date. There was quite a bit back and forth, and truthfully, I thought you were a scam outfit. I kept hearing that there was a delay in getting the merchandise. However, I was upgraded and received the mat a month or more after I put in my order. My husband and I love it, and while we haven't yet discovered any therapeutic benefits, it is very comforting and relaxing.

Regina responded to us in regards to our purchase of a PEMF mat in a timely manner and we are happy with the delivery time especially considering it was the busy holiday season. The mat and control appear well made and we now using it and hoping that it helps with our health and wellbeing.

Customer Service was great at responding, most online sellers do not respond to emails. And I do not like that there are no phone numbers to call in most instances, as with Groonie. What I am dissatisfied with is that the black grounding pad ruined my white sheets. They are good quality and were newer, and now that are permanently stained a dark grey and look dirty. Groonie replied with some instruction moving forward and said they will add it to future literature. That may help others but does not help ma at this point.

Been using my pemf mat for a couple of weeks and its been great, Im using it to recover from and injury but find it extremely relaxing and will definitely keep using it after my healing process. The support team has also been very helpful on guiding me through the process.
