I would like to start by saying that I truly love this product.

I have been using my Groonie mat for a short time, and I can already feel a difference in my pain levels. I usually suffer from pain that lasts 24 hours a day. I have severe scoliosis, several herniated discs, and strong nighttime pain, which makes it very difficult for me to sleep. Since I started using the mat, I feel a noticeable improvement, especially in how my body feels overall.

I would also like to share my experience with the company’s service. I had serious problems with the delivery company, and my order was delayed for a long time. I live in Spain. I was almost ready to cancel the order, but I really wanted the Groonie mat because I knew the product quality was very good.

The Groonie team stayed in daily contact with me and supported me until I finally received my product. Even though the delivery was late, I did not experience this as negative because their service, care, and professionalism were outstanding. In the end, receiving such a great product was what mattered most.

I gave you four stars because my initial contact with your company was problematic. I never received a confirmation email nor an expected delivery date. There was quite a bit back and forth, and truthfully, I thought you were a scam outfit. I kept hearing that there was a delay in getting the merchandise. However, I was upgraded and received the mat a month or more after I put in my order. My husband and I love it, and while we haven't yet discovered any therapeutic benefits, it is very comforting and relaxing.

Regina responded to us in regards to our purchase of a PEMF mat in a timely manner and we are happy with the delivery time especially considering it was the busy holiday season. The mat and control appear well made and we now using it and hoping that it helps with our health and wellbeing.

Customer Service was great at responding, most online sellers do not respond to emails. And I do not like that there are no phone numbers to call in most instances, as with Groonie. What I am dissatisfied with is that the black grounding pad ruined my white sheets. They are good quality and were newer, and now that are permanently stained a dark grey and look dirty. Groonie replied with some instruction moving forward and said they will add it to future literature. That may help others but does not help ma at this point.

Been using my pemf mat for a couple of weeks and its been great, Im using it to recover from and injury but find it extremely relaxing and will definitely keep using it after my healing process. The support team has also been very helpful on guiding me through the process.

I ordered my mat on Nov. 27th and didn't receive it until Jan. 7th. In the interim I was back and forth with customer service trying to confirm a delivery date....a most frustrating experience. The positive out of this experience was my Grooni contact, Laura, who was professional yet personable, always responded promptly, and offered a free upgrade to convince me not to cancel the order and request a refund. Having just received my mat, I'm impressed with the quality, design and ease of use......now hoping for impressive results!

I've only used this mat for a short period, Dec 29th - Jan. 6 . There is so much literature out there to review. To date, I've been following the wellness protocols listed in the included instruction manual, as well as the pointers I've discovered in the

The Clear, Practical Guide to PEMF Mats

I'm not new to a heated, PEMF mat, I've used another brand for many years. The Grooni PEMF/Grounding mat has much more controlled versatility along with canned programs based on your wellness needs. In the online manual I mentioned, there are tips for best use and potential side effects if used improperly.

There are three main adjustments on the controller.
1. Heat - my go-to is 45 degrees C. (degrees celcius - no Fahrenheit units) There are three minerals that generate electrons that emit far-infrared light, providing warmth that should penetrate deep to promote blood flow, ease tight muscles, and enhance circulation.
2. PEMF (that you can test for using their included magnet that help you arrange your body position on the mat) for cellular health that can be adjusted manually or used within a program that ramps the frequencies up and down based on your wellness goal. I do think I spent too much time on the mat at first. I did feel a bit disoriented and dizzy. Learned of this side effect in the online PEMF manual.
3. Photons for skin rejuvenation, cellular repair and reduced inflammation. They're controlled through either the canned programs or manual settings.

So far, I am feeling positive health effects including no joint pain. As a certified FDN-P health coach, I've learned there's no one cure-all therapy but a mindful lifestyle of healthy choices. I incorporate these into my daily habits and continue to tweak with reasonable bio-hacks that work for me.

I’ve been using the PEMF Infrared Therapy Mat for a while now, and the results have been impressive. Main issue wasn't the quality or build or operation of the product but they don't have a UK based depot so the item took quite a few weeks longer than advised to arrive. Then because it's shipped from the USA, we've recently received a request to pay import tax which was an unpleasant surprise and if you want to return they don't offer free returns outside of the USA, so you brunt the cost and it has to be tracked ( more expensive). Lastly, on a good note. The item came with a cover which other providers charge for which is a bonus. The other tip I would give is regarding the magnet provided by them to test. If you place it away from the coils then it won't react, luckily we thought to move it around a bit and it clearly indicated 6 working field with good movement of the magnet. So gave confidence that the mat functions and is genuine. Now its about using consistently to get the benefits.
