I ordered the flask set and I am delighted with it. It arrived very quickly and was securely and protectively packed.

Ordered 4 ite.s ( Purleck Willow Picnic Baskets ). One arrived broken...I have tried for a week to make contact with Greenfield collection regarding the broken items in the picnic basket ( £50 )...After numerous attempts to email/ contact/ring them nobody from Greenfield Collection will reply or even acknowledge my attempt to contact them.

I ordered two hamper baskets in the same colour blue I am not happy with the way they are made one in particular
the zipped in partition is not lined up so the stripes are out of line and the stripe material has flaws in it So I would like them both exchanged for better ones as they are both for Christmas presents

I was really pleased with this hamper which I’ve bought for my daughter. It’s sturdy with lovely leather straps. The cutlery , plates and glasses are good quality too

This picnic basket was a 40th birthday present for my niece. I am so pleased to say she was delighted with it. She loves it and loves the fabric colour.

The design of the backpack coolbag is impressive. Easy and comfortable to wear. Perfect for a picnic with a toddler. Hands free.

I do not understand this company’s packaging policy. I ordered a wine cooler bag and two tumblers. The tumblers were securely packaged in lovely cardboard ‘Greenfield’ branded boxes. However, the wine cooler bag was just pushed into the shipping box which was 12cm smaller than the length of the wine bag - meaning that bag had to be squashed into the box. It arrived misshapen and looked like it had been run over by a car. Despite my best efforts I was not able to get the deep creases and dents out of it. I had paid for express shipment as this was a last-minute gift – so sadly I did not have the time to return it.
It’s a shame when a brand has no respect for their own products.

I bought a very expensive picnic set , i used it twice and on the second occasion one of the handles snapped off , i contacted this company for help - i did not want my money back just a replacement or to be fixed , i was 6 weeks out of my warranty but i just expected better from a premium company

Absolutely awful experience of a faulty product, not fit for purpose of a design fault on the backpack hamper. Item returned and received at the company, yet NO refund. This Company has the worst customer service, they do NOT get back to customers in email, and deliberately fail to respond. I have had to take action via Paypal for a claim, totally avoid!
