Very good info on website. Prompt and accurate delivery. Only adverse comment was that Evri courier only rang doorbell, left parcel on doorstep and didn't wait for someone to come to the door. This opens way for potential theft.

Delivered on time and a good product bought as a replacement because while the outer wears very well the inner lining is not so great.Pity it couldn't be made with a removable inner sleeve that could be replaced easily and keep the old outer.Would also help the environment

Late delivery despite paying extra
Ordered 2nd May, paid extra for 1-2 working day delivery for a birthday gift 9th May. 10th today and have an email saying it will be delivered today. Well that is just great. Cheers for taking my money.

Compact Backpack Cooler
The bag looks great and hopefully it will perform well too. Bought for our trip to Florida. Need a small backpack with cooler to keep things fresh in the heat.

This is a difficult review to write
This is a difficult review to write. Firstly I have reviewed the wine cooler bag separately, and have given it 5 stars. Greenfield despatched the order the day after ordering, sent via Evri to my local pickup store, this is where everything went pear shaped, the tracking which I followed constantly seemed to go in reverse, so it took an unbelievable 17 days to arrive, Greenfield offered to resend the item, and at the 11th hour I was notified by Evri that it was ready for collection, I would definitely order from Greenfield again but hope it would be despatched by another method.
