This is a complete scam and I am so angry with myself for not having done research before ordering from an ad on Instagram! The shoes arrived today and they are of the poorest quality. They smell absolutely awful too.
Don’t be duped by this scam company

I’m furious with myself for falling for this awful company & their lies…!!!
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
Fake, fake, fake.
Company is Chinese, not London based as indicated from the site details.
Terrible quality, nylon dress.
Looks nothing like the image on the advert.
Terrible huge visible stitching at the hems.
Garment is completely unwearable and it will be going in the bin.
Impossible to return as you have to pay costs and vague information & instructions about returns- you just know you’ll never see your money.

Do not use this website! Long wait time for order. When shoes arrived they were dreadful quality. Stank of glue. I asked for refund and was ignored. Eventually told to return the shoes myself to China and 'remember to add importance tax'.
Absolutely horrendous experience. Don't use Grace & Rose.

Product not as advertised, cheap materials and refunds are so expensive and inaccessible, terrible company such a rip off. I have complained to Facebook.

The dress bore no resemblance to photo, cheap nasty fabric with no design detail obviously a cheap import from China at a ridiculously high price. Returns info a joke so have written it off but facebook shouldn't advertise these rip off merchants.

Terrible company; appalling customer service, and almost fraudulent in their refund policy. Requesting photos of the items lined up next to handwritten notes before they will provide a return address! Scam company - avoid at all costs. The goods sent are also terrible quality.

Terrible quality. So overpriced. Took weeks for the order to arrive. 100% polyester. Made in China. The sizing and design are not as expected.
I would return, but as the company are in China, I probably wouldn't get my money back.
The company name sounds lovely, however the 2 dresses I received are not. Don't buy from them.

I tried to return an item which was poor quality and unliked but to date I’ve waited nearly 2 months for a refund; having taken the trouble to repackage it , post it to China and pay postage(!) and email customer services evidence of the postage receipt. Apparently the problem in Chinese customs is for me to resolve?! Ridiculous . Would advise against buying from this website

I have sent several emails to cancel my order since the weekend and no response! They claim you can cancel your order within 14 days but they will not answer your emails! This is a scam 😒

Replied to say have refunded me one of my items?? Not the whole order as requested. No they haven't they have taken all my money and now not responding! Avoid this company!!

My pensioner mum saw this company on Facebook and ordered a dress and coat from them in January 2025. She paid a lot of money for the items because she thought they were a London boutique. When they arrived, they were nothing like the pictures and very small. After multiple requests to return them they finally agreed. She had to return the items to an address in China and had to pay £25.30 shipping. She has not received her refund and the company are no longer responding to her emails. Do not buy from this company, they are marketing themself as a London company and they are in China.
