Very poor quality product and require unnecessary information to return for refund . Do not buy from them

Absolutely disgraceful company, please do not use. Items are not made or sold in London but shipped in from China. Cheap nasty material. I tried to return but the postage was going to cost £20.70. Please please do not use this company.

Scam site. The shorts I received are made of such thin material they're nearly transparent. Straight in the bin, wish I'd checked the reviews before ordering. AVOID.

These clothes are made in China and are NOT the clothes that are in the images, they are very bad quality copies made of polyester and other synthetic fabrics. They are using the same images as Shein. If you don't believe me, go to Shein and check out their clothing and you'll find the same stuff. For example, Gracerose "LOIS / BREEZY SUMMER BLOUSE" £29.95, is on Shein for $11.00. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! One star is too high as these are complete scammers. And they are not based in London. If you want to return they make it as difficult as possible and you have to pay for postage to China. I did so and lo and behold, my package is stuck in transit somewhere in China. I ordered a dress that looked lovely on their website. Ordered it in 2 sizes for choice as just assumed I could return what didn't fit. When they arrived they were cheap and terrible copies of the real thing. I wouldn't have worn them if you paid me and didn't even try them on as they were so horrible in cheap nylon material.

This is a disgraceful rip off company. Terrible quality shoes, probably worth no more than £3, sold as leather mules. Nothing like the picture and practically impossible to return. Money down the drain - strongly advise to avoid this company under any circumstances !

Terrible company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Ordered a dress which took ages to come. The quality is very poor, badly stitched, lumpy around the waist and baggy in all the wrong places, nothing like the picture. Contacted them about returning it as it's not fit to wear, have to send it back to the factory in China. No idea how much that will cost. They even offered me another dress for free and I could keep the original one, that's how cheap they are. What an absolute scam! Wish I'd read the reviews first but that's my mistake.

This is a scam. They are operating under at least 3 different companies, pictures and details are identical. Please report to Action Fraud U.K. as they will continue to get away with this if we all don’t bother to action.

If I could give no stars, I would. I too fell foul to this horrendous company. Ordered 3 pairs of footwear, waited ages for them to arrive, and when they did, they were cheap & nasty, plastic made and far too small for sizing. Advertised as orthopaedic - that's a laugh. Returns - had to photo everything!! After reading the reviews, decided it was not worth sending back to CHINA!! Would cost a fortune. I know this is not right (if we all had this attitude), but the heartache of wondering if I would ever see my money again outweighed losing £76. I plumped on asking for 15% of order value to be refunded...at least I got this back!! Footwear will be going to a charity shop, someone may benefit, but lets hope footrot doesn't come into it!! I should have read the reviews first. Learnt from my mistake though but I urge people to stay well away from this despicable company. I hope they sleep well at night......not!!!!! STAY CLEAR!!!!

Do not buy from this company, there is no transparency, they don’t even show their address, probably China? Ordered from them, wanted to return all as the sizing was small, they wanted to to take pictures of each item, with the invoice next to the item! They still would not give me the address to send back.They make it difficult so you can not send it back, the costs would be too high! Unscrupulous sellers.Items are cheap, they charge enough for each item, one pair of sandals £35 .Dreadful customer service!

I ordered some sandals but the quality isn’t great. The returns process is a faff, it could be so much easier but they clearly don’t want to refund without making it difficult. I wouldn’t recommend.

I agree with previous comments and have learnt to always check reviews. Had to wait several months for clothes and when arrived too small and poor quality.
There was no clear refund policy and although they were dispatched from Uk , when checked how to return was given a message to ask several questions and photos that I have never done before. Was told I would have to pay to send it abroad but could never give the price until there was so much to complete.
I decided the stress of it all not worth it and gave the items to charity.
No transparency with this company and no info given about very complex return procedure which would likely incur a lot of costs.

Very poor quality, not true to size and definitely not orthopedic. I am battling through numerous emails with customer service to return the mules as I ordered 2 different sizes to see which fitted best (neither are true sizes), and am down over £60 presently. I have to send them back to China and pay for the return to stand a chance of seeing my money again.

Complete scam , they send you the garment which is poor quality and miles too small . Returns policy is a joke and then they offer you a 15% discount if you keep the china town rubbish .

A sophisticated scam. Return address in Asia, at buyers expense, using a courier who can deal with customs in China. Item poor quality, too small, and not as described. Avoid!

Dont buy. Just taken delivery of 'Orthopaedic mules'. I have slippers that are better quality. The colour is different to that advertised, the quality is cheap and nasty and the size is coming up small. I doubt I'll get a refund. I'll try but suspect these will be going to the charity shop.

Don’t buy from them! Bought some mules - very poor quality and started to fall apart after 2 wears. Asked for a refund and they refused as I’d worn them! I told them it was might right under Consumer Rights Act 2015 to get a full refund for faulty goods but they refused, just kept saying I couldn’t because I’d worn them and totally disregarding their legal obligation. I’m now having to get my money back from a Visa. Really really bad customer service and very poor quality.

Never ever ever order from this Chinese company, just a total scam for the unwitting.

An absolute disgrace ordered shoes which were the equivalent to the quality of a cardboard box , return process almost impossible so agreed to a 20% refund and placed the shoes in the bin , so please don’t go anywhere these rip off merchants I’ve never been had before and will most certainly lodge a formal complaint .
