Wish I had read these reviews before ordering. Same experience as most people here - dreadful quality and a complete faff to do a return (at ones own cost) to China. They initially offered a 30% discount NOT to return goods, which would still have left me out of pocket, so made financial sense to send it back (always assuming the refund gets to me). Steer clear!!

The Dress I received bore no resemblance to the dress I saw advertised! It is the worst dress I have ever seen! The fabric is horrendous to touch let alone wear! Not even fit for the Charity shop!
Please don't buy from this company.

Terrible. Terribly made items, especially for the price. Wodding is coming out & hasn't been overlocked properly. All images on their website are AI. Returns are to be made at your expensive to their warehouse in Asia.

Do not buy.. based in China, and they make it as hard as possible to return. The clothes are cheaply made and look nothing like the photos on the web site. I paid £39.95 for a dress and said they would charge a £35 postage fee, to then £17.50 when I said no and don’t except that. I paid to return it at a cost of £20.70 and now it’s stuck at customs as it requires a fee to pay. They have ignored it and not paid the fee and it’s been stuck at customs for over two weeks. I emailed them to then say once received they will minus £35 to refund me £5. How are they getting away with this.

Despite the misleading, cosy sounding name, Grace & Rose London is a scam operation and anybody who is even thinking of buying items from them should STOP NOW. The goods are a pathetic, pale imitation of the ones advertised (on their website and on instagram). The item took over a month to arrive from China and when it came the material was completely shoddy and poorly made. Their returns policy is totally unacceptable as they do everything in their power NOT to return your money. Whatever you do, do not get fooled by the ads as I did. I just hope action gets taken against them and they get closed down.

Silly me! I bought a coat that came up on Facebook saying London boutique, the picture is AI , but it fooled me! The tracking said coming from china! Then another company was coming up on FB selling the same coat, looked and they both the same company under different names! This one says it’s in Bristol! One says two friends own the company the other says sister & mum duo! Coat arrives, nothing like the picture & material cheap & flimsy! Not worth £47! Get better quality off shien!Then they want you to pay £25 to send back to china! Do not buy from this company!

The website appears to be UK based. But once ordered you soon realise that it is not when delivery takes nearly two weeks to arrive. And when arrived the quality is awful and nothing like what you think you are buying. The playsuit I bought was selling as reduced from £65 down to £34, but it is not worth anywhere near this amount.
To return you have to pay to return to china. After sending photos etc of the packaging. They did offer me a 15% discount if I just kept the item.

They sell absolutely different products nothing like advertised.
When I asked to return and refund, immediately after opened the package, I received an email asking for a picture and confirmation it wasn’t worn and washed.
I sent picture in packaging with stickers and order number. Next email I received was that I need to make a picture with handwritten note of all or the information and proof it wasn’t used.
Such a scam!

If I could put zero stars I would. Absolute con of a website, cheap quality fabric which is nothing like what is described online. Very much using the ‘boutique look’ as a disguise. Currently trying to go through the returns process. If no luck thankfully I bought it via a credit card so I will be contacting them.

Awful awful quality nothing like the adverts on Facebook. To get a refund you have to send it to Asia recorded. Should not be allowed to trade. Dishonest and ripping people off.

Clothes didn’t look anything like the pictures and made of very cheap nylon. Sadly I’ve only just read the reviews and would say do not order from this complete, it’s a huge SCAM!

I ordered a pair of shoes in April, they arrived nothing like the picture and very poor quality. When I tried to return them I discovered I had to send them to China to get a refund, another £20. Still no refund and so frustrating to be cheated like this.

A lovely sounding name, good photos of clothing etc. But don't be fooled this is a scam.
This shop pretends to be charmingly English.
I bought a pair of shorts on arrival they looked nothing like the photos also came in size XXXL which wasn't what I ordered. Horrible cheap fabric.
Contacted for a refund impossible to get one as they
use all sorts of tactics like take photos write a note etc.....a blood sample possibly!
I should have read the reviews before ordering - lessons learnt.

Awful dress, nothing like what’s displayed online, I would be very wary going near a naked flame in this dress I’m sure it’s combustible as it’s so plasticky it’s unbelievable and please don’t get me started on the belt!! Horrendous please don’t waste your money, not going to return can’t be bothered with the hassle reading the other reviews, straight in the bin it goes!!

I’ve recently ordered two items and was disappointed by the fit and the quality of the fabric. I asked them if I could return the clothes and they said they for ‘environmental purposes’ I have to ship them to China! Avoid this company like plague. They said that they could refund 15% and I keep the clothes. I don’t want them. Not happy and wish I checked reviews.

I ordered 2 dresses in error which was my mistake, however when I opened the dress and tried it on it looked horrendous and the real thing was nothing like the pictures on their website. I decided that I needed to return the items. I assumed that I would be sending them back to their London shop but was incorrect - the small print at the end of their website requests that parcels are returned to China.
This was not clear and I feel should have been explained clearly at the point of sale.
I will not be buying from there again- such a shame !
