I am absolutely disappointed in. Go north east today I had put my hand out for the bus and the bus drive right passed me and my mate this is not the first time this has happened they are never on time and always delayed waiting for the bus in the cold and busses stink and tat why friend vomitted last week they never open the windows

Shocking attitude of driver on the 57 I've just had, They want us to travel with them more, think they should at least try and pretend they want to do the job.

Your buses are never on time , the app is rubbish I’m absolutely sick of waiting at bus stops for an hour or over every single week you need to sort this out 😡😡 or give stage coach a chance

0 stars on Saturday 12/10/2024 my wife gets the number 1 service to work from north shields to Tyne mouth buying a return ticket the cost of this ticket is £3.80 7 times out of 10 the driver tries to charge £4 on this occasion the driver said £4 my wife explained in a calm and polite manner that she travels this route regularly and the price should be £3.80 only for the driver to shout "I HEARD YOU" making my wife feel uncomfortable and self conscious in front of a quite full bus of people. terrible service and customer treatment

39 bus service from doxford park is rubbish buses never turn up on time, today the 14-49 didnt turnup then the15-16 was 10min late so i ended up waiting nearly an hour for a bus

Would be a 0 but unfortunately can't do that. Worst bus service I've ever had to use. Unreliable service never on time or just don't turn up. Constantly late for everything have to leave hours early just to be anywhere on time. The 78 in particular is absolutely shocking. The 16 and 16a also absolutely shocking. Drivers are rude and have been abusive. I was called a stupid b***h amd fat by a bald driver who wasn't paying attention and didnt stop at not just 1 but 4 buses and even after I asked him to please stop he began shouting at me and was still driving, another male customer had to get up and intervene and ask him to let me get off to which he stopped in the middle of nowhere. No bus back for over an hour had to walk through fields to get home and I'm disabled absolutely ridiculous. Have to constantly get taxies instead. Really wish another company would replace them. It puts you off even going anywhere so just isolating people. Absolutely sick amd tired of go north east. Complain and all you get is "we will look into it" without any further response after. Joke if a bus service.

What on earth is going on with the no78 ? All last week and part of the week before its been 1hr if not longer late !!!! NOT good enough let alone putting a training driver on at 6.15 in the morning come on really? Another morning late for work let alone getting home later and later this service is a complete joke !!!

Two drivers on the X20 and X21 route drove straight past my stop despite. Twice on the same day. Had to double check I was at the right station and it seems they had no intention of picking me up.

It was a terrible experience. When I was on the bus with my sister, I pressed the button a few times however it did not work. The buttons weren't working for other people either. It's not the first time this has happened to me but it's absolutely terrible. The bus driver did not stop at the stop it was meant to and instead carried on driving and stopped at the next one. This then endangered me and my sister as we are still children as when we got off we had to walk back alone as the bus didn't stop. Get it fixed.

Travelling from Sunniside Road regularly. Either taking x71, x31 or x30. NONE of them are any use. The tracking system doesn’t update, great to have one if it works CORRECTLY. I’ve had the x71 sitting in Burnopfield for 25 minutes. How is this possible. Waiting in the freezing cold for busses that simply don’t turn up. Busses regularly don’t run when they are listed on the timetable. Turning up at the bus stop not having any indication on a cancellation is shocking. Not to mention when I seek some help/advice from their ‘helpline’ supposed to close at 5pm and I couldn’t even get through at 4pm. To add to this, when a bus does turn up 4/5 bus drivers are acting as if their bus is on time, when clearly I’m fed up and have been waiting over half an hour, they are rude, can’t smile and have no sense of customer service. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

FED UP. If you are going to run a bus company, make sure people can get where they need to be on time! NOT 2 hours late!!

Wish you could give them 0 starts, the company needs go bust never on time, always making you late or miss connections, it’s a joke driver just talk to other drivers for ages and keep missing the timetable they give

Absolutely ridiculous joke of a bus company, waiting for a bus home from work from Hexham and they're constantly 'cancelled' with no warning or reason, and by cancelled I mean it sits there for 30 minutes not letting anyone on for no reason - if there was any other alternative I guarantee no one would choose to use this service

If it was possible to leave a minus Star review I would very happily do so.
If there is any justice in this world Go North East would be kicked out of Gateshead/Newcastle for running any absolutely diabolical service.
Every morning I have to get the 93 service to work from Gateshead Interchange and every morning this bus is late or simply never bothers to arrive.

This morning I arrived at the stop at 07:03 to see a 93 pull into the terminus and pull in behind the 94 bus, the 94 pulled away and the 93 proceeded to go out of service and leave, however at this point there was already a 93 bus in the holding area at the rear of the terminus which also proceeded to leave. When a 93 eventually arrived at 07:21 the driver was not bothered about the many passengers concerns and simply said the previous bus broke down, I have made numerous attempts at bringing my concerns up with this company and all you get in response is traffic issues. This is an absolute joke as at 7am in the morning no other buses have this problem.

Would like to day a huge thank you to go north east for the fantastic service from the number 60 bus from seaham to parkside. The driver had finished his route but stopped and took me all the way up to parkside to make sure I got home safely. I am very grateful as had been waiting for a taxi which was late for over 30 mins. With recent events I felt scared and vulnerable. I think the driver deserves recognition as went above and beyond to keep me safe. Thank you so much! We need more people like you in our community! I think his name was Mark Pinder so if you read this I'm so grateful thanks again!

recently i was waiting for a bus in my area and it came round tha corner and drove straight past us, tha driver smirked and i could tell it was on purpose..

Yet again 12.27 from Lambton Village is a no show. Shocking service again. App is terrible and timetables are a waste of time.

Would be a 0 but can’t do that. Absolutely terrible service they either leave early, arrive late or don’t turn up at all. Not a reliable mode of transport at all utter rubbish.

A terrible service. Constantly late or doesn’t turn up at all. Constant changes and diversions to services and removing services completely.

Not even an experience x45 last night 22.45 drove straight past us bus stop bottom of station even thou their was a huge crowd of people

BUS 10B. ,10.20pm. From prudoe to low prudoe, driver Liam , we borded stopped at low prudoe driver asked us to leave bus, we explained going to crawcrook, which the bus was on schedule to go to. Driver said you can't do this , I explained our car had broken down , we are both in our 70. With walking difficulties. He told be I had attitude, and get off his bus , my partner asked him to take us , he said only if she apologise, which I did , (not sure what we did wrong). He was then 10 mins late ,and drove like a idiot, we were the only people on the bus. Iv rang to complain, spoke to nicky, got absolutely no feedback, what a awful situation, and nobody to help. ..It will be long time before I ever get on a bus again. I hope Liam never talks to his grandparents like he did to me. Disgusting behaviour.
