Easy to use app, good prices. Very helpful quick response for any issues.

As a golfer that likes to travel and play different courses this is the perfect app. Easy to use and secure payment, have had to cancel a round and the funds go straight into the golf now account and is there ready to use straight away.

Excellent Customer Service. Any time I've had an issue, they've resolved it in minutes

Very disappointed that GolfNow didn't put the charge of a cancellation into my balance for use on a later booking.
I will think twice before using GolfNow again.

Went from having a club membership to playing varied courses. Golf Now has made this easier for me.

Golf Now always has a great range of courses and prices to choose from. Everything is up to date and efficient. Recently I requested a refund due to course closure in which I had prepaid. I sent only one email about this and a member of staff replied almost straight away and was fully refunded within a few days.

Don’t expect a refund!!!

I recently booked a round but had to cancel soon after due to a change in work commitments and days off.
Even though the Belfast office is contactable 6 days waiting and STILL WAITING FOR A REFUND of £25.00!

I paid £100 for a year with the idea being you can save up to £200 on tee times over the year by receiving £25 a month in tee time credit.

I was also given vague information that I would get a free box of balls for my £100 investment but have worked out that this is false advertising and I shouldn't waste my time trying to get it.

I booked to play golf on Friday using the Golf Pass membership. On arrival the golf club, they had received no booking info from GolfNow and informed me I had been ripped off by GolfNow who were over charging by £11 per person for the non existent tee time.

A big thank you to Bird Hills Golf Club who found an alternative tee time although of course couldn't refund us the for the theft committed by GolfNow.

I emailed to ask how GolfNow justify ripping you off with extortionate Tee time prices and doubt I will ever get a response.

Don't sign up to Golf Pass, I have used two tee time codes so far and am at a net loss against just going and paying at the course.

Very easy to use and great prices

The booking experience has been good for the few times I've used it. Booking in advance has been good but it's worth checking 48 hours before tee time to see if booking can be cheaper. If you change booking any refunds are held as credits.

Simple and straight forward, wish my golf swing was as easy

Planned a golf trip with the lads thanks to GolfNow. Simple filters, massive variety of courses, attractive rates and easy booking - looking forward to the 2025 trip!

I've booked and paid 3 times over the past 5 days
Saturday booked and paid turned up and course was closed. NO REFUND
Tuesday booked and paid on the way to the course I got a text saying course is closed NO REFUND
Tuesday again booked and paid and when I got to the course I got told only 13 holes were playable the other 5 were off limits.

Booked our holiday in Morocco then had to move the dates. The lady I spoke to moved everything over for us without any fuss. Great package and brilliant service.

Great golfing site, always good value

Booked and paid Tee Time at the New Forest Golf Course on Saturday through GolfNow, the Tee time was 9.36am, when I got to the pro shop the guy behind the counter said cant play before 11am as its only members. When I called GolfNow to say I had travelled 40+ miles to play, the guy on the phone couldn't have been more disinterested if he tried, literally sounded like he was asleep.

Very easy to book a golf game, great value at the courses. Very happy with GolfNow UK. Thank u..

Excellent company I have the golf courses in Scotland and Ireland and all great value for money

Stayed at Hollins Hall for one night with two rounds of golf.

From the start it was a brilliant experience, the staff couldn't do enough for us and the rooms and food were excellent.

The golf course is a great challenge with the backdrop of hills and countryside it was a pleasure to play the two rounds.

I booked and paid for a tee time a week ago, but when I got to the course, everything was locked up and the course was closed. Two emails to report the issue, one of which was sent at the booked tee time, and get a refund or credit have now been ignored by Golfnow…lousy customer service.
