Awesome customer service
I didn’t know how to order without names of grandchildren. We r having another great due end of August and didn’t know if we should add his name or not so wanted the NANA shirt without names. I received detailed instructions how to order this. Then after ordering realized i ordered wrong size. Again reached out and they quickly changed the size. Customer service is awesome. Finally the shirt arrived a few days ago (well within time for Mother’s Day). It’s beautiful and exactly what. i wanted. Thank you again.

Great customer service
I ordered a beautiful shirt for my mom for mothers day. It had all her grandchildren on it and was her favorite color. I was very happy to find such a beautiful shirt and she is going to love it. There was an issue with the postal service and they didn't deliver my item. I contacted the company and their customer service was excellent. They responded so quickly and offered to send me another one. Will most definitely order from here again.

Adoring grandmother. . .
The personalized t-shirts that I ordered are adorable! I bought one for myself and as gifts to my daughter-in-law and the maternal grandmother in celebration of my grandchildren. Everyone LOVES them!! We all receive lots of compliments! The t-shirts are well made and the prints are high quality! I will definitely be ordering again from this company! Oh, and they arrived quickly!

This was my first time ordering from godmerch, I was a little concerned when I hadn't received my order after a month of waiting, but I contacted Customer Service and a very nice lady quickly responded and my order came the next day!! Sweat shirt was way too large. Sizing way off! I ordered an XL but it fits like a 3XL. Does the material stretch when you put on a board to do the monograming? The shoulders look like I need shoulder pads.

This will be the best gift!!…
I’m so excited to give this sweatshirt to my mom for her birthday. All of the grandkids gave it a thumbs up as the cutest and most stylish thing they’ve seen! It’s a nice thinner sweatshirt which is perfect for Texas springtime! And it came super fast! Will be ordering others!
