My sweatshirt was delivered, and had the wrong date on it not due to anything godmerch did but rather I didn’t see the prefilled date and they are kind enough after I sent them an email to send me a new sweatshirt! They are the best! Thank you very much!

I received my t shirt in a very timely manner and it was easy to track. Was very happy with the quality and print on the shirt. I accidentally had the wrong shipping address. Customer service was outstanding and had it immediately corrected for me. I'm giving them a 5 star review because everything went exactly as it should.

The quality of the materials is good, same with the print of the designs, things were delivered on time and just as we ordered them.

Customer service is phenomenal !!! They take care of their clients!! And the styles are so cute!!! Love the personalization!!!

On 6/13/25 I purchased a personalized men hat for Father’s Day and as of today 7/7/25 I haven’t recieved it. I called, but message box said full. Today I sent an email hoping to get a response.

I purchased a shirt for my dad for Fathers Day and never received it. I tried contacting the company several times with no response. Now I am out the money and my dad did not get his gift!

I purchased a t-shirt weeks prior to Father’s Day. This was to be one gift for my husband. The front decal was off center and the family name on the sleeve was not ours! I contacted customer service the day I received the shirt and they guaranteed I would get a replacement. That was two weeks ago and I still have not received the shirt nor will they answer any of my emails. I paid $50 with shipping for a shirt that my husband will not wear. I will never order from them again and I advise for everyone else to be very cautious!

I have been trying to order a hat for my husband for over a week. I was unable to add it to my cart, so I reached out to Godmerch by email and waited for a reply. No response. I then tried to call them. Full voicemail box. Terrible Customer Service. Makes me wonder if they are even a legit company.

I ordered two shirts as father's day gifts for my husband and son. I paid an extra $2.99 for priority and it said the shirts would arrive by June 13th. I received notification that a label was created on June 7th at 8:00 pm by Giant Big Hands LLC/LAX Hawthorne, CA, but the package still has not been given to the post office. This purchase that I paid extra for to get priority is not going to be here for father's day. I have tried calling and emailing and I get no response.
THIS IS MO WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS! Lying to the customers and misrepresenting yourself only creates disappointment and anger in the customer's. I would like to know when my order is expected to be given to the post office and I will need a refund of the "$2.99 priority" fee I paid because obviously, my order was not processed as a priority.

I can't even rate this place, because they are so terrible. I along with many others have placed orders,.they say a label has been created but no info after that. No answer when we call. Paid for faster shipping and have nothing for Father's Day

I have a similar review like Wanda Stamp. I ordered two t-shirts and only received one. The one t-shirt that was not delivered was for a special occasion and a label was created on June 5. I have tried and tried to call and leave a message, but the mailbox is full I sent them a message and received a reply stating the order was broken into two shipments to expedite the arrival. That is total bull crap since I only received one t-shirt. I wrote back but never received an answer. I am reporting godmerch to the BBB. In essence, I bought a t-shirt and paid over $68.00 for it. The special occasion is ruined, I am out a t-shirt, I was totally ripped off in price and I am urging everyone to refrain from doing business with these people. They are frauds and have the lousiest customer service ever. Don't let the title of their company fool you like it did me.

I bought a Father’s Day gift from this company. A label was created on June 6. It is now the 13th and I still haven’t received it. USPS never received it. I usually only trust Amazon to order items online and I guess that’s the only company I can trust. I have texted Godmerch twice because mailbox is full on their voicemail. I feel like I’ve been scammed. The name of God is in your company and you treat customers like this? If I don’t get it tomorrow, which is highly unlikely, I will call my credit card company and dispute this charge. I’m very, very disappointed. My name is Julie not Jimmy

I have tried to contact GodMerch without success. Their voicemail is full and no one has responded to my emails or the message I sent via their website. My order was shipped on June 5th. The USPS tracking says the label was prepared by GodMerch but the post office has not received the product. This was suppose to be delivered by tomorrow for a special occation.

First of all, I did not actually place an order. I have twin grandchildren on the way, and not know what the genders are yet so I was playing with names on the shirt to see what it would look like, and somehow a shirt was ordered on accident, and it’s not even correct in the least. Very disappointing that I did not place the order and somehow there was an order placed and it’s incorrect to say the least.
