Dreadful. Item arrived small, poor quality and now refusing to arrange a return despite numerous emails. Avoid!!

Slow delivery, poor product and ridiculous returns policy. You can't tell front from back, no care label and took weeks to arrive. Tracking info was wrong.

This is scammer. I bought a coffee machine through this company and I have waiting for the last 2months . I could track the item showing its in Turkey then Sengapour then USA but I couldn’t get. I have to reach to both them and my bank to make a claim. Be careful when you buy online through Wiolee.

Wooliee differentiates themselves from the competition by advertising a product that is 1) crafted in Switzerland, 2) shipped from Europe or the US, and 3) included with premium gift wrapping - all stated on their website and product listings. After I placed my order, I found out that 1) my order was manufactured in China, 2) my order was being shipped from China, and 3) they do not offer any gift wrapping services. I asked them to either refund my order or send a gift-wrapped, made-in-Europe order, since that's what I ordered - they refused and insisted I was trying to "strong hand" for a free product. They instead directed me to return the product after receipt, which does not make any sense as this product was ordered as a gift.

At this point, I can't speak to the quality of this product, but this company's blatantly false claims on their advertising and refusal to stand by them in any way have resulted in already an extremely poor experience, and I would not give this company my business. There are plenty of competitors manufacturing in China as well and retailing for less (Oodie, Comfy).

Super cosy product. They are so warm and snug that I have trouble getting them off my daughters so that I can wash them 😂😂 so I decided to treat them this year to a second one to make my life easier. The quality, service and delivery is super. Wishing you continued success 😊

I've never been as consistently warm and comfortable in my cold house as now. It is just perfect for lounging whether I'm watching a movie, gaming or having friends around and it is beautifully soft both on the inside and outside. Would absolutely buy again for myself or as gift and would recommend to anyone.
