This company is nothing but a scam !
This company is nothing but a scam !! AVOID !! I used them about a year ago for a repair on my cooker the engineer was great, but the company had unknown to me signed me up for some monthly payment account which I didn't want !! it took me several calls to the bank to get my money back (14.95) per month over a few months, then about a year later go assist charged my account £89.99 via a debit card .. I am currently trying to get this money back....Read the small print with lot !!!

Poor service
Poor service. I contacted this company for a Fridge repair. Given a repair date for two days time over the phone when booking and paying, when conformation came it was 5 days later. (I took out the membership to ensure next day or within 2 days option) Membership cancelled on the same day 16th July and still no refund after 11 days not acceptable.
if payment not received tomorrow Tuesday 27th July I will be contacting my bank for it to be reclaimed.
Very disappointed with the company and I would never use them in the future.

Absolutely disgusting company, we used them once to find an electrician...
All repairs done once electrician arrived, but then the problem starts, they said we needed to join a yearly plan at £14 per month, we declined..as pensioners we couldn't afford another monthly bill...
Then 6months down the line ,£89.99is taken from our account, and we cannot get it back ,been through the bank and blocked the card,tried to contact them but that's impossible just passed from pillar to post.. they have sent an email and asked us for an account number, but we don't have an account so hiw can they still attempt getting payments when they dont know our account number..we've also seen loads of reviews on Google and they have had money taken from them too ,something needs to be done about this company....

This is the sort of customer service experience I would expect and as the Head of a Customer Service and Sales department myself I would poach her in a heartbeat! Beware!!!!
Company requests trustpilot reviews based on initial phone call only, before any service provided. Other reviews which report fraud and scams.
Repairer did not turn up. Request to cancel contract under "cooling off" period regulations ignored. Claimed to have carried out repair. Promised to resolve and did not. Banks fraud department got my pre-payment returned. 9 months later still refusing to cancel subscription contract. Dreadful experience.
