Don't bother, this was advertised on Facebook and they are absolute rubbish, they stick to the ceiling and make marks

Ordered October 2025 for my kids advent calendar and still haven’t received in February. According to tracking my package did arrive in Canada in November. No clue what happens after.
Website doesn’t exist anymore, no email was ever replied to and no refund seems possible.
Tracking number switched, from a very mysterious shipping company. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

My package arrived very late, and they are not as advertised. We’ve had them over a month and they have been stuck to our ceiling since we bought them.

ITS A MASSIVE CON! NO GOODS RECEIVED AND NO REFUND GIVEN! CONTACT STOPPED AND IGNORED! I HONESTLY WONT ORDER ANYTHING ON LINE AFTER THE AWFUL EXPERIENCE IVE HAD!

I ordered six of these thinking they would make a great present for my nephews - I only received 5 (however reading other reviews sounds like I was lucky to get what I got!) Have tried contacting them on numerous occasions but no reply. Customer service non existent. Extremely frustrating to deal with.

Order has never turned up been over 2 months email keeps bouncing back to me seems to be a scam. I would like a refund asap

Terrible product, they don't work and the company doesn't respond to emails when requesting to send the item back for a refund (requested 3 times now and no response) total waste of money and a useless product

Absolutely rubbish bought for Christmas presents stuck to ceiling and didn't glow at all .bought 2 pks .don't wast your money .iv emailed this company a few times .no reply.looked up the company its not online anymore .pure scam

I would give a zero rating if I could. They do not resemble what they advertised at all and their customer service is non-existent. It is a total scam.

Bought a pack for a stocking filler and might as well have thrown the money in the bin.most of the balls were deflated, the ones that weren’t stuck to the ceiling and we had to remove them. I contacted customer services and I’ve not heard a thing back.out right theft. The money these scammers must be making.

Absolute waste of Money!

Bought 2 packs of these for my kids stocking fillers at Christmas (then forgot to put them in the stockings so only just opened them on Saturday 10th Jan) and honestly wish i'd just spent £20 on VBucks or Robux for them as these things are a waste of money!

They stick to the ceiling but don't come back down, we followed the "tiny" instructions and still wouldnt come down from the ceiling on their own.

Neither do they glow in the dark (even putting them next to a light....)

I never normally buy things from adverts on social media and this is the reason why...Scam!

Scam!!!! I paid for 4 sets and got nothing!!! The company responds to my emails with every excuse from send your order number again to our email system reset and lost all order information! My money is gone and they won’t do anything about it

Don't order these! Took ages to arrive and absoulte rubbish! It was embarassing as I bought as a gift

Not at all as advertised! Very disappointing and customer service for this company is nonexistent! 4 emails and 1 phone call later nothing but crickets!! Big time scam! They really deserve no stars! Save your money

Ordered two set, was so excited to use these as a Christmas Day fun game. Opened one package and tried every type of surface in my home where we could throw the. These balls did not stick AT ALL to anything, let alone stick and bounce back! I have contacted the company for a refund. The policy states items must be in the unopened original packaging... how stupid is that? How would a buyer know that something didn't work unless they opened the package?

Shipping took forever. Leaves marks on the ceiling. Smaller than expected from videos.

False advertising! They don’t glow and stick like glue to the ceiling. Terribly poor product.

Absolute rubbish. Stuck to a double height ceiling and won’t come back down. Save your money.

I ordered 2 packs for my grandsons, I was very disappointed because they don't glow in the dark & just stick to the wall & leave a mark.I emailed 10 days ago & have had no response. I expect they'll wait 30 days & tell me I am too late for a refund. I spent £20 on 2 packs which might seem very little to some people but because they didn't work I had to buy my grandsons something else which was an extra cost. I ordered on the glorbs website rather than buying from a cheaper site & their customer service is appalling! I will continue to email them because they say you can have a refund & if this doesn't happen I will look at other options to get my money back

They don’t come down from the ceiling unless you pull with a bit of effort and they don’t glow very well. The biggest thing I was annoyed with is the packaging. I purchased two lots, expecting them to come in boxes (as advertised) but they came in plastic bags. They were supposed to be gifts. I would not recommend. I feel lied to. I have 8 tiny balls for £20. Can’t believe I was ripped off. I feel scammed.
