Absolute waste of Money!

Bought 2 packs of these for my kids stocking fillers at Christmas (then forgot to put them in the stockings so only just opened them on Saturday 10th Jan) and honestly wish i'd just spent £20 on VBucks or Robux for them as these things are a waste of money!

They stick to the ceiling but don't come back down, we followed the "tiny" instructions and still wouldnt come down from the ceiling on their own.

Neither do they glow in the dark (even putting them next to a light....)

I never normally buy things from adverts on social media and this is the reason why...Scam!

If I could give a zero rating I would!

Absolute CROOKS and bullys!!!

I paid my fine to get them off my back as I just couldn't take it anymore, paid it on 24th July and to date (30th July) it's still showing as outstanding on their system, i have emailed and emailed and got nothing back!
It's a disgrace and I prefer to send emails as I then have a paper trail to prove they're a shambolic company and you don't get that with telephone calls.

I'm emailing them daily asking them to update my file to show the fine has been paid and getting nowhere!!!

As others have said this company need dealt with ASAP

I have been using Wild Deoderant for almost 2 years now and it's one of the best swaps I've ever made.

I find that the deoderant keeps you feeling fresh and dry under arm all day, even in the warmest of days.

I don't suffer sensitive skin so I use the normal refill scent's but recently I ran out of my refills and bought a well known branded roll on from the supermarket... It left me feeling itchy under arm and I couldn't wait to get back to the Wild deo. (Thankfully i've now discovered my local sainsburys stock some of the wild deo refills so I won't be caught short again)

The refill's are easy to use and in my opinion are worth the money and the fact it's fully recyclable is a bonus.

My husband has recently started using Wild Deoderant and said he wouldn't go back to his old brand, like me he also finds it keeps him feeling fresh while busy at work.

The case is super handy and really easy to clean.

I called to cancel my subscription and the advisor I got (Nick) was very helpful, didn't try to pressure me to stay subscribed.
Makes a difference speaking to a company who Lauren to the customer rather than trying to. Hange their minds.

So I originally posted a 1 star review as I hadn't recieved the items i'd ordered and no-one from Jackies Kids had got back to me BUT i received my goods yesterday so thought I better come back and change the original review to reflect that I've had a better experience than I first posted about.

I ordered the Mini chef set on 29th Jan for my daughter and I received it on 10th Feb.

Not too long to wait however I thought they where a UK based company but clearly they are over-seas as my items sat in a customs office for quite a bit of time so be aware if you're ordering that they're coming from overseas (Still not sure where theyre coming from though)

I had emailed to ask about my delivery and no-one got back to me that is when I decided to come to trust pilot to check out other reviews and it seems to be that the lack of communication is one of the most frustrating things so again be aware of this.

The items I ordered are actually really good and my 6yr old is pleased to have her own set of kitchen knives to help out and they actually do cut. The cut isn't as clean as it would be with a normal knife but it cuts.

I'm not sure i'd order from them again as I still think maybe I was luck to receive my items but i'm happy with what I ordered this time.

My first time ordering from Pro:direct Sport and I wasn't disappointed.
I was wary at first as hadn't heard of them but LOVED the colourway of the wee Nike Toddler Flex Runner 2 they had for my wee girl so just went for it and I'm glad I did.
The shoes arrived and are perfect
Delivery was much quicker than I thought and I got emails all through the ordering & Delivery process to keep me updated.
I will defo use Pro:Direct Sport again
