Unbelievable. I ordered before Christmas and expected delivery to be between Xmas and new year. I emailed constantly to get updated (they don’t even confirm the order you make!). It’s been 7 weeks and about 4 emails they’ve sent to give me some ridiculous excuse with no expectation or prediction of delivery. Today they just extended it another week. They have had my money and order for the entire time. Don’t trust them, and don’t waste your money.

Fabulous. Purchased at 430pm, received and on the bed by 11am next day. Pretty flippin awesome. Really good advice on the phone before buying too.

Bought for Christmas present, used on the ceiling and left marks immediately. The longer they stick, the worse it gets. Terrible product, and customer support doesn’t respond either. Be useful to include cleaning recommendations in packaging, but then they have to admit to leaving marks… so… save yourself the bother. Don’t buy them.

Delivery with Evri is a complete and utter let down. The products purchased are amazing, the delivery? rubbish. Still not received my order.

Love the chocolat, and love the simplicity of ordering with my account. Simply my favourite chocolat. Hands down.

My next day delivery parcel has been stuck since the first status update and hasn’t moved or shifted or progressed in 5 days.

The website is great and you can get personalised cards sent and delivered in a jiffy. What's not so perfect is the mobile experience - which is weird because he elements exist, they're just not joined up.
Try to increase your prepay amount on the mobile site and you will find you can't. There's a circular link which means there is nowhere to do it, except while you're making a purchase, apparently. But then you try that and no, you just pay for the item you're purchasing now. So to use the prepay and discount of 25% you need to be online on a computer. Which is a shame, because the main use case for Moonpig is don't worry if you've forgotten... and those moments are likely to be when you're mobile. What's frustrating is the time it takes to find all this out. Hence 3 stars.
