dissatisfied with how long it took
I like the product and the price. Waiting for the cable was way longer than the 7 to 10 days to process plus shipping time. I emailed and called to try to get them to keep their word. I was afraid I had been scammed by the company when it finally showed up. With a time sensitive job I would suggest ordering well in advance to keep the anxiety level down.

Order took a month to ship
Order took a month to ship, had to send multiple emails and no concern for my order from customer service. Same message every time saying a tracking number will be provided. When I finally received my order I only received 110 feet of my 120 feet order. I sent proof to customer service and they just replied with send more proof. Now im getting no response. Do not order from this company! Spend the extra money and buy from a reputable company.

This has been the worst order…
This has been the worst order experience ever. Placed an order 17 days ago and still don't have any shipping information. Just keep getting the run around and told I will have shipping info in 24-48 hours and the info never comes and 2 days later get the same response. False advertisement that they fulfill orders within 5-7 business days. Worst decision to order from here especially when building a house and needing product in a timely manner. I would not recommend ordering here, you will have much better luck at your local electric store ordering.

Global was about to become our new supplier
Was hoping to start using Global as our supplier for conductors. Ordered #2224 URD cable but after ordering never heard back on status or shipping. After 14 days I had to cancel. Got refund quickly.
Global has great prices but there is something off with their shipping dept.
