I thought the cable would have come on…
I thought the cable would have come on a spool of some sort. It did not survive the box as the carrier had to re-wrap the cable and box and it was still falling apart when delivered.
Price was great, but cable marked 680 / 382 which means it was two feet short. I’m glad I ordered extra for my run.

Your customer service agent was polite, professional, and courteous. When I told him what I wanted he gave me my options, then confirmed my order and made a note that I needed it before the end of the month to help expedite it to insure I would receive it on time. He left me feeling that I had ordered the right product and would receive it with enough time to complete what I needed to do and get it delivered to my customer on time. I was very happy with the experience from start to finish.

Great customer service
First off, there was a notice that it would 7-10 business days before the order would be created. I didn't receive any confirmation of receipt of order. With one email to customer service, they responded with information of my order, several more emails regarding progress and delivery. I received my order.

Needs Better Order Status Information
Actually received the wire in a timely manner. The only reason for the 3 rating instead of 5 was the poor communication. I needed the wire within a week or so. The only information i could get about when my wire would arrive was "It would be processed in 7-10 business days". What does that mean? The order will be processed? It will be shipped? It is the expected delivery date? I did not, and could not get any information until I received an email saying it had been shipped along with a UPS tracking #. So, for 9 days, I was just wishing and hoping with no way to get any information.
