Great product, value, and speedy delivery.

I contracted for and paid over $3100 for wire from this company their site says shipping is free the invoice they sent for payment said shipping is free. After paying the entire amount on the invoice they contacted me a couple of days later and told me shipping is $650 so the free shipping added over 20% to the original price of the invoice and they asked what I wanted to do

I made a mistake on my order and had already paid for the order before I realized it. I called and within 15 minuets it was corrected. Very easy

The cable I ordered showed up quickly and was exactly what I ordered. For a good price.

"Unacceptable post-purchase price hike"
I placed an order for a portable electric heater and completed the transaction. The following day, Nassau Cable emailed me informing me an additional $50 was needed from me, claiming their website pricing was outdated and the price had increased. When I refused this unfair charge and informed them they need to honor the original purchase price, they did not respond. I have been forced to open a dispute through PayPal to get my money back. Be careful buying from this company—they do not honor completed transactions."

Excellent quality cable and fast shipping. I was nervous that the cable wouldn't ship in time for my project, as I ordered a strand of cable that had a minimum requirement that I didn't meet, and suspected the order would be bounced back to me. However, it was cut as requested. I loved the color options (not available in my town) and the prices were the same or better than big-box stores, only more options to select from for gauge sizes. Also liked the fact there's a forum for people to talk about wire/electrical stuff and ask questions, as well as articles posted by Nassau staff that I thought were interesting. This place knows and loves conductors and I'd encourage anyone with a project to consider ordering.

There were pros and cons. The good news was that the price was great and very competitive. The order shipped fast and was wrapped and very well protected from shipping mishaps. The bad news was a lack of communication after my product was shipped. I was told when I placed my order that I would get an email notification when my items were shipped with tracking information attached. This was important since I had made arrangements with the business where it was being shipped and told them I would let them know the day it was to arrive. I received absolutely no notifications at all. There were two items ordered and one showed up at the business one day unexpectedly and three days later the other half showed up. I did not receive any tracking information, didn't even know my order was shipped. When half of my order arrived I called NNC to inquire about the other half and was transferred to three different people and was finally told that the shipping department would send an email concerning the second half of my order. I received it but have never heard a word from NNC at all. Poor communication.

The product itself arrived in good condition, but the fulfillment and communication process was disappointing. After ordering with free shipping, I was contacted and told the order was too heavy required LTL freight. I was asked to pay extra shipping (quoted as a $190 loss for them, after some back and forth they discounted to $120). Tacking on additional freight fees after the purchase was frustrating considering it arrived via FedEx Ground anyway. Be sure to read all the fine print on the free shipping offer when ordering a large shipment of wire. I will definitely be looking elsewhere before I place another order.

This company did everything they said. My order arrived on time. I was happy with the service. The only thing I wish the wire would have been rolled on a bigger spool but I will see how it unroll. When I pull it through conduit.

First time buying cables from them. Terrible experience they had cables in their website purchased them then nothing from them had to call between 2-4 times a day no emails responding and no body knows what or where my order is! Turned out they don’t have it and wanted to change it to lower grade with same price!! Anyway long story short we built the equipment and ready to be shipped and cables haven’t arrived yet!! Very disappointed this process been 4 weeks!! Don’t ever try to buy through them and use local instead

Great Service - I needed a short length (25ft) of specialized control cable, and they helped me get it without the "Special" costs added by other suppliers.

I really appreciated the active communication, with these sourcing challenges.

The product was just what I needed and is now installed and working perfectly.

I ordered four custom 70-foot lengths of cable and paid an additional $75 cutting charge. All four coils arrived with torn packaging and exposed cable, and one section appears to have a nick/gouge in the jacket.

My sales agent, Sala Rasul, was very rude and unhelpful when I raised my concerns, which made an already frustrating situation worse.

As an electrical contractor, I expect new cable to arrive properly protected and undamaged. Very poor experience. Unless Nassau makes this right, I won’t be ordering from them again.
Do not trust these people they lie they never offered me anything. Don’t buy from them.
