Worst booking site and customer support.
Three hours to change the flight date, was charged more than the ticket price and still didn't receive the ticket!

Booked a flight ticket. Still didnt receive an e ticket. No customer care mails or calls are answered. My booking cant be retrieved. This looks like fraud!! Please avoid this Travel agency at all cost !!

This company is spoiling the good name of the people of Saudi Arabia who are known to be trustworthy and hospitable. Almosafer business will, not only collect your money and fail to give you the booking you requested, the customer service will insult and refuse to help you to do anything. You need to hold the call for 1 hour before someone answers. Its a fraudulent business.

Thieves. Be careful! Don’t deal with them. It’s a company of a gang Egyptians thieves.
What ever you see great deal ! It’s a trap. Believe me. Just run.

Non profissinal team and non profissinal travel agency. Very poor customer service.
I lost 102.04 AED after cancelled one free cancellation reservation due to incorrect way to hold / block reservation amount.

Worst app ever for hotel booking.
I lost sr 800 on this app , they do not provide any refund even when hotel has no room even though you have booked in advance.

I hate this company, in this company working so badly employs don't resolve any issues and can't help us.
Thesy compay sold inalid tickets , and then i call him 3 hours , every 30 minutes!!! He told me, wait please 30 minutes, I skip my fly , I lost my money , I don't get my tickets !! I really hate this company !!! He should to closing !!!!!!

الإيجابيات: مراجعة الحجوزات مع العميل.
السلبيات: تحسين خدمة العملاء، وجعلها مرنة أكثر.
السماح بخاصية استرداد المبالغ المدفوعة كاملة والسعي في استردادها للعميل خصوصًا اذا كان متبقي الكثير من الوقت على ال check in.
عدم استخدام 3rd party booking للفنادق ك Expedia مثلا! بالذات عند محاولة تغيير الحجوزات واسترداد المبالغ. لانه يجعل العميل تائه في التواصل بين المسافر و Expedia و الفندق نفسه! حتى عندما حاولت التواصل مع الفندق وسألوني من أين أتممت الحجز قلت لهم من المسافر ولم يعرفوا الشركة، وبعد ذالك ب order ID تفاجئنا ان الحجز تم من Expedia.. إذا كنتم تستخدمون موقع ك Expedia المعقد للحجوزات، من الباب الأولى أن يحجز المستخدم لنفسه من موقع الفندق نفسه او موقع Expedia بنفسه.
أسوء تجربة بالنسبة لي على الإطلاق، ولن أوصي أحدًا بالمسافر!

Really bad customer service. unprofessional and least helpful staff. instead of fixing the issue, they keep on copy-pasting the old answers.

Zero is is the best rate for this agent .. they mention us on the ticket that we can refund the money if we canceled the ticket but when we contact they they said we can’t return the money on your bank account they return it to the almosafer pay and will cut the half of the price as the tax money such a thieves agent don’t book with this agent ever . Bad experience

Full of excuses not to pay refund. When emailing you get the same copy paste message, when you phone they just hang up on you. Fraud is a nice word, these are thieves taking money that does not belong to them.

شركة نصابين وحراميه تم الغاء الرحلة وسحب المبلغ بتاريخ 14/3/2020 إلى الآن لم يرجع، حسبي الله عليهم. اللهم اجعلها نار عليهم.

my flight was cancelled by airline due to covid-19. when i ask almosafer to refund they said i have to wait 1 year after that i can get refund. now its 17 months and still not yet get my money back.

This company are just crooks. I have been trying to rebook a flight for weeks. The agents just lie. I don't know why they even bother to offer a what's app number as the agents will just say anything that comes into their heads. One guy told me there weren't BA flights on the day I wanted to rebook. There were. I hope the employees of Almosafer pray hard for forgiveness for working for a company that steals people's money.

موقع سيء للغاية هدفه اخذ عموله فقط لا يهمه العميل وعندما تقع مشكله ينسبها الى خطوط الطيران لا للوكيل تم حجز تذكرتين عن طريقة الى دبي ع الخطوط الامارتيه قبل موعد الرحله بأسبوعين ومن ثم تفاجأت قبل الرحله بيوم بتغيير موعد رحلتي الى اليوم التالي من غير اخذ موافقتي عند الاستفسار عن السبب تم ابلاغي من جهتهم انه بسبب الخطوط ويجب التواصل مع الامارتيه عند التواصل مع الامارتيه بلغني الموظف ان تم تبليغ المسافر مسبقا بألغاء الرحله كامله قبل موعد الرحله ب ١٢ يوم لتعديل حجوزات المسافرين موقع نصاب وقمة في الاستهتار خسرت مبلغ فحص بي سي آر لشخصين خسرت مبلغ حجز الفندق لانه غير مسترجع و تم خصم جزء من مبلغ تذاكري مع العلم ان الخطا من موقع المسافر مئة بالمئة ولم استطع تعديل حجزي الذهاب بسبب ان احتاج فحص كورونا جديد لا انصح بالتعامل معهم بتاتا وتم تقديم شكوى لوزارة السياحة لأخذ الاجراء اللازم موقع لا يستحق الثقة
