لا تحجز معهم، والله دعم فني فاشل، كل واحد يصرّفك، والتواصل بدائي وبطيء (في الواتس)

وحتى لو أتصلت عليهم، الدعم الفني فاشل فاشل فاشل.. لو تقدر تزيد المبلغ حتى لو ٣٠٠-٥٠٠ ريال وتحجز من الخطوط نفسها.. أفضل لك والله.

هنا أنت مخنوق معهم، الالغاء، والتعديل، وكل شيء.. مايظهر لك، لازم تتواصل معهم يسوونه. يعني ما في يدك أي شيء، كل شيء مرتبط بالتواصل معهم. والتواصل معهم علة وقرف.

It feels like a scam website, it keeps showing flights at low prices (for example) it was showing flight from Amsterdam for 180 USD (4 seats left), you click on it, fill your information, and then proceed to pay, only to get the message "the seat is no longer available", while this is untrue, because it makes the flight price goes atleast 4x its price 650 USD just as you refresh the page, and its scam because i waited for the same flight to track it for 4 days, and guess what it's still (4 seats left), and it won't accept payment or show you that the seat is available unless you proceed to pay the 650 USD price, otherwise, it will keep inflating the price, not only on their website, but on other websites as well, ironically the price dropped down after 4 days to 180 USD again on the same website, but then when i proceeded to pay, it displayed the same message "Seat not available" and it kept inflating the price once again, I can only think of this website as a scam-bait, just there to bait you with low prices but once you take it, it inflates the price all over the internet so you have no choice but to take the inflated price, this is a horrible website.

Very disappointing experience with Almosafer.
I booked a hotel through their platform, clearly marked as Room Only. However, upon arrival, the hotel informed me that Almosafer had sent the booking as a Full Package, including mandatory guest benefits that I neither requested nor agreed to.

I was charged USD 123 for services I did not use at all. When I contacted customer support:
• The core issue was ignored
• No responsibility was taken
• They refused to coordinate with the hotel to verify the mistake

Unprofessional handling and no customer protection. I had to escalate the issue through a formal complaint and a bank dispute to recover my money.
I do not recommend using this company.

Unbelievable service. I should have consulted Trustpilot before purchasing my flights. Some comments here accuse them of fraud and based on my experience, they do come quite close. How is it a company that made a mistake and then blames you for it and refuse a refund. I made a booking, simple, using my full passport name. They submitted a shortened name to the airline which was different to the e-ticket they issued. I was refused boarding and when I went back to them for a refund, they refused and said that I got my "father's name" wrong. What has my father got to do with my flight ticket!!!

The worst ever. I am sharing this so that others will not have to bear my pain.
Booked a flight to China from Malaysia. Wanted a second seat. They advised me to make another booking, which I did. All names were as per passports.
On check-in, boarding was refused as Almosafer relayed abbreviated middle names. And the second booking was considered duplicated.
Even the airlines asked me to go to them for a refund.
But they declined and consider my inability to board due to their mistakes a "cancellation"!! They offered only a partial refund based on their cancellation policy.
The case is currently under dispute via credit card to recover my monies

The worst support ever! I tried for a week to solve a issue with a change of reservation for my new years eve trip via WhatsApp, but apparently they use employees that do not speak english, because the answers were senseless. After I called multiple times, they gave a link for payment that did not work. In the end I gave up and lost my money.

Almosafer is the biggest scammer and fraud. They entered our names wrong in the tickets where the the flight people don’t let you board the flight. We missed all the 4 tickets . They do the mistake and are not ready to refund nor reschedule the flight. Please don’t book your tickets from them. They deliberately do the mistake. Be AWARE of Almosafer . They are not worth to get even single star

I used to avoid Almosafer because it felt slow compared to other booking site, but recently i tried again for a business trip to Dubai and it was much faster. The option to add a hotel during booking saved time, though i wish the invoice email was a bit clear. Still, the experience overall was solid and professional.

I recently placed an order for Arabic coffee from Kif Al Mosafir, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. As soon as I submitted my order, I received a personal phone call from their team to go over details such as expiration dates and product information. This level of care and professionalism is something you don’t see often.

When my package arrived, I was genuinely impressed. Not only did I receive everything I ordered, but they also included an extra pack of the same coffee as a gift, along with a generous amount of samples, and even sweets for my children. The thoughtfulness behind this gesture truly made my day.

Everything was carefully packed, the presentation was excellent, and the customer service was exceptional. It’s clear that Kif Al Mosafir truly values their customers and takes pride in the quality of their products.

I highly recommend them to anyone looking for authentic Arabic coffee, great service, and a company that goes above and beyond. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

We used Almosafer to book our summer trip. Interface is simple enough, even my husband figured it out. Got a good deal on Flights + Hotel combo. One small hiccup - seats weren't confirmed right away, but support fixed it quickly. Overall, smooth process and worth it.

I booked my flight on Almosafer last week and honestly didn't expect it to be this simple. The website was clear , and i liked having different payment options. I am not very confident with online booking, but this was easy to manage. Got my confirmation email within minutes - really convenient experience.

They stole money from me (100KD) as they won’t get me a refund for a mistake THEY did.. terrible service and company.

Booked my Dubai to Delhi flight in like 5 minutes. Great prices compared to other sites I tried. No hidden fees and I entire process was transparent.

So bad experience with almosafer,I book my ticket on 23/6/25 Qatar airway.its happend Qatar airspace closed 4hrs before my flight.All flight was cancel.i contacted them after 2 days..and I saw on new that we will receive total refund because flight have been cancel..until now still I have hard time about it and al mosafer said they will just refund 1300sar from total 3400sar.its so bad management..from booking .com they able to refund all amount why this mosafer agency failed to manage properly they own business...that will be my 1st and last services from ALMOSAFER.U ARE TOOO BAD.

Amid all the back-and-forth and unclear communication, I tried to add a baggage to my booking. They kept promising it would be arranged, but nothing ever happened. After repeated follow-ups, I finally managed to get a response just one day before the flight — only to be quoted nearly €450 for a single bag.

Absolutely unacceptable. I will definitely never book with them again.
