Never every booking again from Almosafer, I booked a flight from them, flight got cancelled and I requested a full refund. When I am submitting the review it has been more than 3 days and stil no respons from customer service . Every time I contacted their WhatsApp number, I get to hear the same lame response "We are still waiting for the reply from concerned department" and soon after sending this message the agent will immediately close the chat. Although these kind of unprofessional and un mannered people should be fired but also who hire and manage them should be fired too. Never ever in my life booking from them..

Airlines changed flight time multiple times. when I requested to change my flight or cancel they refused and when I asked for solution they provided nothing at all.

One of the worst booking experiences I’ve had.
I booked a flight from Jeddah to Bodrum through Almosafer, and Turkish Airlines suddenly changed the time of my connecting flight to 9:00 AM, while I was scheduled to arrive in Istanbul at 9:10 AM — how am I supposed to catch a flight while I’m still in the air?

When I contacted Almosafer, they responded coldly saying the ticket was non-refundable, and all they could offer was a refund of 20 AED. No responsibility, no apology.

I lost my trip, lost my money, and missed a long-awaited vacation — all due to an error that wasn’t mine.

Deeply disappointing. I won’t be booking through them again, and I advise others to double-check everything before trusting this platform.

Worst experience ever, Such an irresponsible company cancelled my Air ticket without my notification, or they haven't sent any mails also,

I had one of the worst customer service experiences with Almosafer. I booked a flight and later needed to either cancel or modify it. To my surprise, I was told the ticket is non-refundable, which I understand based on airline policy. However, the shocking part was the cost of modification:
They asked me to pay 1351 SAR just to change the flight — that’s even more than the original ticket price!

When I asked to cancel instead, the refund was only 30 SAR out of the full amount I paid, after deducting excessive service and airline fees. This is unacceptable and feels like I’m being scammed under the name of “policy”.

I feel completely disappointed and will never book through Almosafer again unless they improve their transparency, pricing logic, and customer service. I highly advise others to think twice before booking.

I WANTED TO CHANGE MY BOOKING TO A NEW DATE AND THAT DATE HAD A LOWER PRICE AS WELL BUT DESPITE SENDING 3 MAILS FOR 3 DAYS NO REPLY NOR ANY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND FINALLY I CHATED WITH TO FIND OUT THAT I NEED TO PAY 138USD EXTRA TO AMEND MY BOOKING ...ORIGINAL BOOKING WAS 550 AED AND NEW BOOKING DATE WAS 530AED AND TO CHANGE COSTING ME 400AED??? WHILE CHATTING I REALIZED THAT THE PERSON NAMED AHMED WAS HELPLESS TOO AS THEIR HORRABLE SYSTEM DEMANDED 80% EXTRA PAYMENT OF THE BOOKING TO JUST AMEND IT. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLATFORM THEY DONT CARE AND THEY DONT TRY EVEN TO BE POLITE AND RESPONSIVE EVEN YOU TRY 100 TIMES. HORRABLE EXPERIENCE TO SAY THE LEAST. SHIVA KUMAR-DUBAI

Booking.com are very very very very respect full and my mistake i understatement them & now i know the value of booking.com after using almosafer they just theifs …. This is my personal feedback i have nothing to do with booking.com or almosafer … am just sharing my experience & what i faced …. Pay more but be respected its all what matters… for saving couple of money u end up with bad company who are trying to claim on your shoulders for there own benefit and u as customer their last worries and even mot in picture at all as customer their…. I recently booked a flight through your website and would like to share my experience. While I appreciate the convenience your platform provides, I encountered an issue when I needed to make changes to my booking. Unfortunately, it seems that Almosafer has no control over airline operations, which means I couldn’t make any modifications or cancellations through your site.

In my case, this led to unnecessary delays and confusion, as I had to directly contact the airline for assistance. Given this limitation, I would recommend that potential customers consider booking directly through the airline’s official website if they need more flexibility or anticipate needing changes to their flight plans.

Extremely Disappointing Experience

Review:
I had a terrible experience with Almosafer. I booked a hotel for 8 people (3 rooms) through their app, and when we arrived in Kuwait at 6:15 PM, we were shocked to find that the hotel was fully booked and our reservation was not honored.

We immediately contacted Almosafer’s customer support, but instead of resolving the issue professionally, they offered us subpar alternatives far below the standard of the original booking. Worse, despite the fact that they had already charged us, they refused to book a replacement hotel using the deducted amount and insisted that we pay again out of pocket, promising to “refund” us later.

We spent over 6 hours in the streets of Kuwait (until midnight) without a solution. For a group of 8, this was a stressful, exhausting, and completely unacceptable experience.

Their customer service lacks professionalism and urgency, showing no regard for the inconvenience caused. I cannot recommend Almosafer to anyone and strongly advise travelers to avoid this service.

Worst customer helpline. please don’t purchase flight tickets from almosafer app.I contacted them for 10 time for change my travel date. They can’t fix the problem, even they don’t know how to change the date. They spoiled one day of mine.

Their customer service is good, but their prices are a bit higher compared to other service providers, however I would definitely prefer a better custimer service

i have booked 8 times for our company staffs vacations and flights and NO any issues faced so far. Only that almosafer sometimes you see they are cheaper because the baggage allowance they give is lesser than booking directly from the airline website.

This company is a bunch of cheats and liars! I paid for my baggage and the company clearly did not mention that in the ticket I had to pay for my baggage at the airport and they do not respond to your emails or phone calls!

They changed the dates of my booking. Made a booking for almost 2 months and after I paid I received a ticket for 4 days. After I called they said these are the dates you chose when I never did. It doesn’t even make sense that I will choose dates that much different. I asked them to fix the dates but they said I will have to cancel the original and pay 700+ riyals. I said its not my fault you sent me wrong dates but they didn’t bother. My flight was supposed to be in a few days but they sent me a ticket for a flight after 2 weeks. They said my original date is not available and the closest is after even more than 2 weeks. They just wanted to take my money even though the flight wasn’t there. ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS NEVER BOOK WITH THEM DO NOT LET THE CHEAP PRICES DECEIVE YOU BECAUSE ITS ONLY THERE TO SCAM.
