I ordered an extendable screen ages ago and now I cannot trace any emails with tracking codes etc on and my item has still not arrived!!! Original date was 17th June. Now I cannot locate any email I assume this was a scam???

Scam. Same issues as many others reported, tracking for a company that doesn’t exist, delays, delays and more delays then says customer wasn’t in for delivery despite both myself and husband working from home with full view of the front door. The positive reviews on this page have been copy and pasted from their earlier reviews, just scroll back to see for yourself

Scam. Avoid. No repose to emails. No delivery. Shipping website claims “adverse weather” with absolutely nothing like adverse weather reported anywhere in the uk. Will start a case with my card provider and visit their registered office in London when I’m passing.

SCAMMED.. Avoid this and save your bucks.
Worst customer service and appalling experience.
Always check trustpilot before being scammed by people like this.
Companies like this should be Black listed.
Purchased on 2nd June 2025 and item is still in transit and no updates.
Tracking and website doesn't work and no one responds to your queries.

SCAM WEBSITE

My duel screens are yet to come. Ordered on the 20th of May 2025 due 9th of June with the most extensive tracking history i have ever seen, from ships breaking down to knowing when the custom clearance has started till last week when it just stopped. Having relooked at the website its not even finished properly.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, I lost $49.99 I'll never get back. Product never delivered, tracking number and website was fake! Report them!

Never got my product. Tracking website disappeared. Sent emails , no reply! DO NOT ORDER!

This is a scam. My product was not at all delivered, its been a month now. Not sure how they live by cheating others.

Ordered on 25/5/2025 still not received item said they tried to deliver I work from home never delivered it or attempted to also tried to email them and it gets bounced back

I believe these to be scamming people avoid at all costs

Do not buy from these people! Do not ship but ages and then ask for copies of your ID to deliver the item! I will not be doing that and have reported this as a scam with my bank. This is a scam please be warned.

A scam please avoid.
My item never arrived and the tracking information supplied in not legitimate. I have had to raise an a concern with my bank and consumer trading.

Never sent product complete Scam and don’t respond to any emails.

Complete SCAM AVOID
I ordered multi screens end of May and got a fake tracking which when it arrived at UK wanted verification which I provided
Since then no communication and my messages have been ignored
I messaged via Facebook and my posts were removed and then I was blocked!

I ordered on the 23rd May 2025 and over a month now and I have still not received it. I don’t think it will come. I would not recommend.

When I emailed them they sent a reply saying I won’t get the delivery if I don’t provide personal ID like a passport or UK driving licence 🤦🏻‍♂️ needs to be full photographic ID.

as if I’d share that info with this company to deliver a plastic product.

Have been chasing as the delivery was delayed. Thought at the outset it could be a little bit of a scam as product seemed inexpensive. But chased and have now been told that my order is awaiting further ID for customs clearance and want a form of ID for clearance, either passport or front and back of Driving licence. Errrr...I don't think so. I shall be going to credit card company for a refund.
