Order placed - shipping confirmation received 3rd June 2025, follow up on 26th June 2025, saying on its way and apologies for the delay - however now 7th July nothing receive and tracking number doesn't work!

I was really expecting my paid item, but now I have conceded that I have been victim of a fraud.

What a rugpull. First, e-commerce site went down for days, closed, then they sent a teasing email about, "Hey! Hang on tight, we know you are expecting...", then tracking/courier went out on me afterwards. SCAMmers taking people for a fool.

There's more chance of Elvis doing a World Tour than any products arriving from this outfit. I should have known better and checked Trustpilot before ordering. The names amongst the five star reviews are enough of a red flag - Ron Howard and Martin Scorsese?! It doesn't take A Beautiful Mind to work out how fake they are. I was a Raging Bull when I discovered I'd been had. Transaction now flagged with the bank.

Originally very helpful with changing the order.

However since then, we have been chasing for delivery for over a month with no response.

Still have not received the products.

Avoid at all cost costs.

It is a scam, website no longer exists nor the website for delivery. Very clever scam. Call bank as they will do a charge back, as website no longer exists easier to claim too.

I placed my order on the 7th of June and never received my order...it's not the 7th of July.

This service is absolutely disgusting. I'm almost certain they are scammers that dupe people into buying their product (from their one-trick pony website) by placing ads on social media.i wont recommend this company.

Do not buy from this company. You are better off buying this from TikTok shop or AliExpress (better service and you actually receive what you ordered)

Ordered at the end of May, was expecting delivery around 24th June as per tracking ... Now on the 7th July and still not received, the Glaxetics website is now available to buy the domain and the tracking website has also gone down. Very Poor

This company is a SCAM! Very good at telling you your order is late, then it’s a missed delivery when you are at home waiting for it and then nothing. I should have known that it was too good to be true. Really angry with myself for falling into this trap.
Do not deal with this company and if you see on Facebook… report as a scam because it is.

SCAM. I called my bank immediately, raised a dispute.
I ordered a product from Glaxetics in early June, which has not arrived. They provided a tracking number but the tracking information did not provide any information about local delivery courier- it was all about international delivery information detailing the jourmey of the product from Taiwan. The details were absurd such as "delay due to technical problems", "delay due to adverse weather conditions", "delay as the address not verified". In the end it said "delayed due to recipient being unavailable" at 03.00 am in the morning on Sunday. I decided to get in touch with them finally by the provided email address enquiring about the delivery and the local delivery company. Immediately after, the link to "Track Order" disappeared. I tried company's website, it said the link is broken. I tried facebook as I saw their ad there - the link was broken again. I immediately raised a dispute via my bank and got my money back. Please raise a dispute against this company by phoning your bank or from bank app by clicking on the transaction and by reporting the transaction. Don't leave money with this SCAM company - even it is £1.

Definitely a scam. Add me to the list of people on this page who got timely shipping updates for a couple of weeks and now the website is completely missing.

Seems to good to be true but for £30 thought I'd give it a pop. Eveything seemed good for the last month as I've had goods from Asia before and they have taken a while to arrive, but today the website tracking stopped existing and the company website is now avalible to buy the domain. So frustrated that this site actually allows good reviews about this company when it's quite clearly a scam!

Pretty convincing number of updates to the tracking and then the Glaxetics website is gone. No replies to emails. No delivery. First time I have ever bought anything thru a Facebook ad. Realise the product was cheap but thought that maybe it was a start-up trying to seed the market and the product was direct from manufacturer in Taiwan.

Scammers. Sent loads of updates from tracking number which was always delayed due to mechanical faults and weather despite it being a hit day when the weather caused an issue. I knew it was dodgy and never buy shit off Facebook but for some reason I decided to do it. First time I do it and it’s the first time I’m scammed. Bank is on it Website has gone now too 🤣🤯

SCAM! The website no longer exists and fake tracking says address needs confirmation after 6 weeks waiting for the order. Scam scam scam!

Ordered goods 30rh May taken money from my bank 2nd June. To date no communication no tracking so reported them as a SCAM to my bank.
How can they claim 150000 worldwide happy customers when they don’t respond
