Ordered 1st June. I had messages from them and even a proactive notification telling me the order had been delayed. There’s also a very plausible tracking link that gives regular updates, even claiming to have attempted delivery—but they absolutely hadn’t. I was home all day, and I’ve checked my Ring doorbell footage 24 hours either side of when they claimed to have attempted delivery—nobody came.

They are clearly doing their best to drag out the transaction in the hope that any window for raising a credit card dispute will expire. They’re trying to create the illusion that I’ll eventually receive what I paid for with automated emails and a slick-looking website—which is now down. To make matters worse, my Norton security software is flagging the site as suspicious and advising me not to visit it.

I’ve tried contacting them multiple times with no response. I’ve now disputed the payment with my credit card company because I firmly believe they never intended to deliver the product in the first place. In my opinion, this is nothing more than an organised scam dressed up to look like a legitimate business. Avoid at all costs.

Scam. Courier tracking service provides tracking activities for a while and then the website doesn’t load. It’s been a month without any goods. Do not buy.

SCAM. Website now down. But I’m sure they will pop up again.

Scam company. Products will never arrive. Do not buy anything. They blocked me on Facebook and Instagram as I was trying to make other people aware.

Unfortunately 1 star. Ordered 25th May, never arrived. Expostal tracking stopped dead on 27th June. Although a refund was offered, it’s never materialised. Now 4 July. Customer service does not respond anymore. Terrible service and very difficult to contact. Do not use.

Ordered at the end of May.
Obviously a scam, blocked me on social media.
The expostal email address is fake and bounces back.
Reported to my bank.
Do not buy from these.

I placed my order on the 3rd of June and never received my order...it's not the 4th of July. The courier company's site tells you everything but nothing.

I don't mind ordering goods from East Asia; I do it all the time, but this service is absolutely disgusting. I'm almost certain they are scammers that dupe people into buying their product (from their one-trick pony website) by placing ads on social media.

Do not buy from this company. You are better off buying this from TikTok shop or AliExpress (better service and you actually receive what you ordered)

SCAM - PLEASE REPORT TO ACTION FRAUD IF YOU HAVE BEEN CAUGHT OUT. WE NEED TO STOP THIS COMPANY.
I placed an order in June 2025 and have waited patiently for my goods to arrive (ha ha). The tracking system updates daily, often with various delays due to missing paperwork, weather conditions, or other questionable reasons. I message the company once to query what hold up was and was reassured that the items were in transit.
Now 5 weeks on and still nothing. The tracker still updates daily but reading other reviews I know this is now fake! I am reporting this company to action fraud and urge others to do so too.

I figured it would be too good to be true to get extended monitors for a laptop for 29.99 but i took a gamble as i figured it was not too much to lose and so far i have not been proved wrong, i have allowed over a month for the delivery knowing post from the far east can take a while but it's 3/07/25 and no show so i would suggest avoiding this company at all costs as the saying goes if it seems too good to be true then it usually is.

No customer service provided. No one can contact. All the information is fake.
All the time delays are because the recipient is unavailable for delivery, but they never delivered the parcel.

This seems to be a big scam. I have been waiting for so long and the tracking seems very dodgy. I have email support and no response either ordered coming up to 2 months ago now. Still no sign of my tv that I purchased

Scam website. Received convincing updates on their tracking system, however tracking information was being logged for future times. My bank issues immediate refund. Do not risk it! I only spent £29.99 please don't risk it. They are scammers

Complete scam. Good reviews on website all >7 months ago silly do my research better. Luckily not lost much . Tracking is also now obviously fake with dates of updates not matching actual updates. No reply to emails. Avoid like the plague

I really should have known better then to have got suckered into buying from them. The cheap price got me! Same story as all the other people here - goods never arrived. Lots of fake tracking info without delivery. I will raise a claim with my bank and report them to Facebook and anywhere else I can see them advertising. Please do not purchase from them!

Scam Operation – Avoid at All Costs

Absolutely disgraceful experience. I placed an order weeks ago for an item I urgently needed. Not only did it never arrive, but the company also completely ignored my follow-up messages asking for updates. No tracking, no communication—just silence.

After chasing them multiple times, I still haven’t received the product or a refund. This feels like a textbook scam: take the money, disappear, and hope customers give up.

Do not trust this company with your time or money. If I could give zero stars, I would. They are not a legitimate business and should be reported. Save yourself the frustration—stay far away.

Unfortunately, this is a scam. I ordered the laptop screen extender back in May, and at first everything seemed in order. I had a tracking number and my item seemed to be progressing well, travelling from Taiwan to the UK. Eventually the item got to the stage of being handed over to a local courier, which where it apparently remained forevermore. Please don’t waste your time with trying to get a cheap deal here, and please do listen to the 1* reviews.

waiting 21 days for the item , was made to believe we were ordering from a UK company not Taiwan! Emailed the support team and not had a reply. Still waiting for the item , this is false advertising that you are ordering from a UK then to find its not true its a Taiwanese's company.

Pro level scammers! Stay away.
Ordered the double portable monitors back in May. They give you a tracking number that updates regularly then stops, when you follow up on it to see where your parcel is they ask you for your passport/driving license! I wonder how many people they conned like this. Kudos to them though, the fake tracking website looks realistic! Apparently “courier picked up my package” on 20th June (11 days ago).
