ordered jun 18 not a word since then. what a rip off. I cannot facebook does not vet these companies. they allow them to rip off users. I got scammed out of 12k dollars in another company advertising on facebook. stay away from these assholes.

Same as others, ordered in June with a promise to deliver in July and now September and not received anything! No email and no product. Absolute scam. Can’t believe I fell for it.. suppose as it was a massive amount of money you think it’s legit.

Just like the others I completely fell for this and never received anything. It must have been a pretty targeted scam as all around the same time.
I’m kicking myself as I’m usually pretty good at not being taken in but this did seem ok. Frustrating!

Scam - wish I’d read the reviews - ordered in June, still not delivered and no response to emails

There should be a 0 stars option. I’m still awaiting my order. I received an email reassuring me that the order was on its way. Several emails later and not even the courtesy of a reply. A scam.

Ordered 6 June with promise of delievery at end of July. This should have rung alarm bells. No delievery at end of August and no email from company about delay. Rang credit card company and hopefuly I am protected. FB should do a better vettin job

Placed an order on 13th June 2025. After the confirmation e-mail, there was no further communication. I have dropped this review so that others will not fall victim. Also, advertisers on social media, particularly Facebook, should be engaged with caution. To the extent that Glaxetics did not deliver what I ordered and paid for, the company is a fraud.

Saw the ad on Facebook.
Silly me, I thought FB made some rudimentary checks on businesses placing adverts in their metasphere.
Lesson learnt - not a trusted environment I will use for purchases again.

SCAM! Don't give them your money! Website and tracking site no longer exists and address is fake. Still trying to claim the money back!

Item never arrived, emails bounce back, website no longer exists. If an offer looks too good to be true, it’s probably is. Avoid at all costs

Fraudulent service. Took my order and payment, then provided a single, false tracking number. Since then, they’ve ignored all follow-up emails. Avoid at all costs.

If I could give it zero stars I would! Total con. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Paid £39.99 for a screen. It has never arrived and the website is gone too! AVOID!!!!

This is a scam. Paid 60 pounds for 2 screens. First few weeks lots of emails talking about delivery, that the items were despatched. Payment was taken by Hallurey not glaxetics. Sent several messages no reply.
