Item still not received. Ordered beginning of June and it’s now nearly end of July. They did communicate with me and say that there was a delay however since I’ve tried to get an update the emails are bouncing back I have reported it.

Please,avoid this scam company,i have been waiting for about two months,but the extended screen that i bought never arrived,their website doesnt exist anymore,emails keep coming back to me as rejected.So sad that i caan be scammed this way

Huge scam. Same as what's reported here. Working with my bank to be reimbursed (and they are accomodating me which is great). Ghosted all emails and the website no longer exists after a month of checking on tracking.

Scam - Avoid at all costs. You make the purchase, then what follows is basically a Thank you for your purchase mail... then nothing.... then sorry we're late... then nothing... then... nothing.
I am a fool for believing the hype. The people behind this should be ashamed of themselves.

Zero should be an option. Ordered the Ultra 14 screen and they are using email addresses you can respond to and the domain is now parked. Seeing what the bank can do. Scammers. Avoid.

Agree with everyone else, absolute scam. Send an email when the tracking details stated recipient not able to accept. Where I live all our couriers including Royal Mail email to notify delivery. When I emailed them about this, the tracking site was no longer available. ABSOLUTE SCAM DO NOT ORDER

Can't believe I fell for this scam. Never received product... obviously. Neither website nor tracking number exist but I got a lot of spam telling me there was something 'wrong' with my delivery address - I was not stupid a second time to click on the link!!

Should be 0. Complete scam, waste of money.

SCAM!! It all looks good to start with but then the “view order” link goes to the go daddy domain name to buy the domain and the “track order” link goes to a page cannot be found message.

The support email address bounces back as it does not exist. The email address used to send out initial “confirmation” email is a false fake one.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Now going through credit card company to get the money back.

Ordered the product 2nd June. Still awaiting delivery. Unable to track delivery details anymore. Unable to contact company as gave Taiwan details. Contact states it expostal delivery. No contact provided. Appears to be a scam. Will rewrite my review when I receive the product. To think I even begged my neighbor to collect delivery just in case due to the information on delivery details 🙈…..

Agree with all on here recently. Total SCAM! Ordered in May, emails received, shipping tracking details including delays for Customs, lack of available transport, etc etc etc then earlier this week the website was no more, and tracking details gone. Have reported to Credit Card provider for refund.

Scam artists...... don't know why I fell for it... selling a $500 monitor for $49.99, seems too good to be true.... well, it is... ordered 6/19... led me along.... shipment notification, came from Taiwan... obscure shipping company.. then today (7/10)... nothing.... all roads lead to GoDaddy....

I fell for it... I did... anyway, call your credit card company and get reimbursed... and remember: If it's too good to be true, it really is.

This is a scam. Same story as all the others. Item shipped, had a “delay in customs” and now the tracking website is gone.

If I had the option of no star would have done this is a scam and does not warrant even 1 star. I’m sure the positive reviews have been written by the scammers themselves as they seem to be answered whereas the negative ones are being ignored. I purchased the multi screen 12 June was sent confirmation and tracking nothing arrived and now the website has gone and any support emails are bouncing back. DONT FALL IN TO THE TRAP

I have never received my order. Website disappear.
