They are not only beautiful, but very easy to wear. They are so comfortable.

I was looking for boots and came across several companies online, one of them was Girotti. I looked in the catalog and found exactly what I was looking for. I ordered and saw that they made the shoe to order, (I was skeptical) who makes to order these days.. But the shoe was shipped after 14 days, and when I received it and saw the product I was simply pleasantly surprised, the boot fit amazingly well on my foot, very comfortable, amazing work. And of course in the future I will buy from them again

I have received excellent support in exchanging the sandals I had ordered for blue tasseled sneakers and a red pair of low boots. So grateful!

I absolutely adored their shoes when I saw them online and knew I needed them for a wedding so I ordered approx 2.5 weeks in advance. I paid for express delivery which is supposedly priority air but turns out isn't express it actually took a week for them to arrive :(

The quality of the shoes was great, the delivery time longer that advertised.

The experience is great because my feet feel comfort while walking on the street . I can feel the beat . The creativity of the style sweet .

Shoes look good and feel good

The elastic on the shoe was white on a purple shoe and I was going to return but showing on my account as no returns available. I only received the shoes a few days ago! I tried contacting them and sent picture of shoe but have had no response. The shoes were £227 so poor quality for that price.

This company is nothing but fraud !
They take your order and money and never deliver ! They give you excuses such as they run out of material , too many orders and send only partially of any shoes
They have a number in USA and a girl is answering but absolutely no help and only excuses

They promise to send your shoes but they never do and dint refund the money
They already hurt so many customers
Report to FTC and local police and major credit card companies and if you can report to authorities in Italy

Ordered and paid for shoes in mid June. After waiting over a month and emailing company regarding my order. Company came up with numerous excuses. After waiting over two months I asked for my money back. Still hasn't happened and they continue to give me excuses.

After much back and forth, I finally received my shoes.

I must say I am not happy. They hurt my feet. A trip to the cobbler did not resolve things, either.

Thank you for the beautiful workmanship of the shoes. When my wife opened the box and tried on the shoes she burst into joy. I would also like to thank you for the excellent service.

I get lots of compliments. A little pricey cuz I didn’t realize it was in US dollars. I was so excited. I missed that part lol.
I had changed my mind on the design the next day. The lady I talked to on the phone was very nice & personable and she changed my order no problem. I’m so happy!

Loved the customized shoes. The process was very easy.

Their delivery time is very inaccurate and they do not provide you with honest communication as to the status of your order. I placed an order for 4 items, three items came late and the foutrth I am yet to receive. I placed the order in mid-July and it is now approaching mid-August and there is no communication, if or when I will receive. The quality is not good enough for me to overlook this blatantly poor customer service.
