The customer service for this company is the worst I have ever dealt with. I have bought two pairs of shoes. The first took three months to get. Other than the delay (I ordered them beginning of November and received them end of January) it was fine. The second did not fit, and I immediately contacted the company offering to return them at my cost to exchange for anything. They refused. They wanted me to video myself walking in the shoes to see that they did not fit (I kid you not). This was a $335 purchase which I cannot use. Please do not expect any assistance or customer service.

Easy ordering experience and shoes were delivered in a timely manner. They are beautiful and I look forward to wearing them. Just have one small issue and it's that the straps don't have enough holes in them so I'll need to go to a shoemaker

The shoes are comfortable and fit me well - I have quite broad feet and the 41 size is perfect.

I love the colors and style. The width is a tad tight for me, but I’m not overly concerned. Construction of the show is top notch!

Received my shoes quickly and on time. The buckle looks so good with the shoes. Like that i can wear the with//without the buckle accessory.
Shoes are comfortable, and fit me well.

Wonderful to be able to have such a wide choice of colours, materials and styles.
The only issue is with sizing - thats difficult - My boots are beautiful but half a size too big. I can live with that.

The fact that one can customize a design to her taste and color . I wish the shoe size are more flexible that is it will be better to be able to customize one ‘s size ,I was only given an option of 8 standard-I would have preferred 8 wide,the representative I talked to told me in the style of shoe I ordered the company does not make 8 wide.

They are gorgeous and extremely comfortable. I will warn you though it will be an entire month before you see them. Even if they’re not custom-made. If the custom made it maybe longer. But they’re worth waiting for.
