AVOID. Terrible customer service as well as products. I purchased a digital clock that gets delayed even though its permanently plugged in. I contacted them to tell them this and they said i had to pay for shipping myself for them to check it and that if they found no fault i would also pay for shipping back, no way to give back without losing money.

As a side note, the clock has a very bright green light at the back when connected to the plug so impossible for a nights sleep if you like the room dark with no visual distractions. It also turns red when not connected and the numbers themselves are very bright even in the lowest setting.

All in all a beautiful design that has been terribly produced.

In response to their reply: You admit to what i say and i have to pay 15€ to ship it back to you and 15€ for you to send back when fixed. No reasonable solution is given, for in 2026 on expects a better customer service, maybe we are spoiled but it is the world we live in. Nobody would buy anything of 70€ knowing they have to pay 30€ to send it back if they are not happy with it. That is nearly 50% of the price.

I ordered a 12 volt power supply for a moon globe. It arrived promptly but was fitted with a two pin plug instead of a three pin plug as ordered. I emailed Gingko, not really expecting to hear back. They replied immediately and explained that the power supply had been dispatched from Belgium and hence the mistake regarding plug. They agreed to send me a new power supply free of charge and explained that I might be charged customs because it was coming from outside the EU. This was really great customer service. Prompt response, explanation for mistake and immediate rectification. Well done to all concerned. Also, I really love the moon globe.

Fast delivery. Product is well designed and eye-catching.

Interesting products, made an excellent gift

Truly amazing gift mesmerising!

I purchased my Baton Light here in the USA from a reputable company and loved it. Alas, due to my placement, my husband knocked it down one too many times resulting in no light except by beating it like a drum stick (which doesn't help much).

As an optimist, I reached out to Ginko Design to see if there was a way I could fix it. Regretfully, my expectations were realized with no fix.

My takeaway here is the exceptional Customer Service with Jon's prompt and consistent contact and follow-through. The Baton Light's failure was because it fell 3' to the floor probably a dozen times or more times and yet had no visible damage at all. In my experience, it was my placement and user error.

I will be more mindful of future placement. (BTW, I've purchases three more!)

Some 5 or more years ago, I purchased a Gingko Octogonal lamp for its superb design.
The lamp functioned well but late last year the mechanism failed.
Contact with the company by email delivered a promise to have a look at the problem. The lamp got sent (via my daughter who lives in the UK) and was quickly returned by the company after successful repairs at no cost at all.

Love this light…

Bought for me as a gift and love it so much that I’ve bought it for another friend.
