We bought our Smart Moon Lamp four years ago and it has been a talking point to all who visit, plus it look really cool! It has been working 24/7 up until a few days ago. Then suddenly it stopped working.
We contacted Gingko Design and they replied to us immediately and kindly arranged to fix it for us. Jon has been so helpful and we are so grateful for his undivided attention to this issue.
It is so reassuring to know there are some really kind genuine people out there!

I recently purchased a clock from this brand for my yoga studio, and I couldn’t be happier with it. The clock is smart, wireless, and perfectly suited to the calm and flexible environment I wanted to create. It’s easy to move around, which makes it ideal for changing studio layouts or taking it into different rooms.

The design is sleek and blends beautifully with the studio aesthetic. I would love to see future designs with elements like mandalas or other yoga-inspired patterns, but even as it is, the clock is excellent.

Overall, I highly recommend this clock to anyone looking for a stylish, practical, and portable timepiece. A fantastic product!

After a brief phone call to Jon he offered to repair or replace my Moon lamp base free of charge even though the unit was 3-5 years old.
This was very kind and totally unexpected.

Excellent product. A bit pricey but really lightweight and extremely easy to transport from room to room, to take out and about or just to place on a table, shelves or at bedside. The colour I chose was the olive green with a wooden handle. It almost looks ornamental rather than mechanical. It arrived within a few days and was well packaged.

Prompt shipping. But not sure why the order is not reflected in My Account (“No order has been made yet.”) Happy that a Cube Click Clock was included as per the limited time offer. Hope the Bamboo Tumbler Click Clock will be back in stock soon.

Great service and wonderful products

I order it 20 days ago and still waiting.

The lamp I was sent looked nothing like the design on the website (they are handpainted, so I understand they will all be unique, but this is not just a minor variation).

Also there was a weird residue on it which made my hands smell (which is concerning as it could be something harmful, for all I know).

And it didn't work reliably when I tried it. I don't know if maybe the residue was conductive, so it could have been affecting the switch? Or if it's actually faulty.

I contacted them via their webform the day it arrived (29th June), and then again via email on 2nd July (with a photo) but I haven't had a response yet.

I want to return it for a refund, but apparently they don't want to deal with it.

The only reason I didn't give 1 star is because the fan I also ordered is fine so far.

EDIT: I don't find phone calls accessible due to disability, so I have emailed again (forwarded the original email, though the photo doesn't automatically get reattached then). But I don't see why they would receive an email this time if they didn't get the webform submission (which probably arrives the same way) or my direct email.

Or else they are searching for the name on my Trustpilot account (which is not my real name, as that's very identifiable), but that doesn't explain why they didn't already respond to either contact, even if they didn't realise it was me posting the review (the details of the email were all the same as the review, so it's obvious if you read it).

Very good service. Delivered very quickly. It’s a gift for a family member so I haven’t checked working ok but I’m sure it will be fine
