I don’t give this ppl 0 stars because is not possible. I placed an order on November for my daughter’s birthday and it’s been more than a month and nothing yet. They don’t answer my calls and they sent me an email giving me a 10% of discount for the inconvenience but any information on my order. I’m so mad about this!!

The blanket was not what I expected. Not a good quality for the price

Looked great just how I ordered and came on time for Christmas. The quality for the amount of the blanket could be better and thicker. My nephew loves it.

The blankets were very soft (I got the deluxe style)...the message of what God says about us is invaluable to our identity in what our Creator says about us. The shipping process was extensive but it arrived the day after Christmas. The company did their best to keep me informed personally about my questions via text messages, apologized for the delay and offered me a 10 percent discount because it didn't arrive by Christmas as expected. That's great service!

5 stars, because the website said I probably wouldn't have the package by Christmas, but it came before Christmas!!!

My blanket was not the shirt style or color I chose in my invoice so it wasn't my aunts favorite color which is blue instead it was pink and had an off the shoulder top instead of the turtleneck which fits her style better.

I ordered this blanket for my daughter as a Christmas present. I never received my order.

Not quite what I expected but it is super cute. The only issue for me was the delivery. I ordered on time for Christmas but my order arrived a day after Christmas.

All I wanted was the order number to track my shipment, but the company apologized that the shipping was delayed and gave me a 10% refund. It was very kind of them and I ended up getting my blanket much in time for Christmas. It's fairly decent quality; warm; and *exactly* as advertised, which was a relief. I'm enjoying the blanket a lot and the company was nice to work with.

I placed a large order for Christmas 2023. Considering the order was so large, I received all my order on time and every personalized gift was correct except one mistake I made. Customer service was so kind to resend me a new one at no charge! I’m looking forward to receiving it! I will definitely do business with Giftago again in the future! I give the a 5 star!

The communication from start to finish was unreal…. The products are also awesome!

This place is awful! I ordered 3 blankets on November 13, 2023, plenty of time for Christmas. Still no delivery. I have reached out by email and left multiple voicemails with no response. I was told in a email not to be concerned. Another email I ask for a refund for non delivery and I was promised 10% refund that I never received either. This place is a fraud. Don't let them take your money. Very disappointed in their "customer service"

Ordered in November, received email telling me it was delivered. We have locked mail boxes and package boxes so it wasn't stolen. Was not delivered to front door.

I ordered this on Nov 23rd, I just got it Dec 22nd. Customer service is non existent and the blanket is made very cheap. It’s really thin and spotty. Not happy at all. I won’t be ordering from you all again. 10 to 14 days but butt!

I did not get my item and you sent email that I did. It was not delivered and I have video evidence that it was not delivered. I sent you an email and you did not respond. But you send me this for a review. Please send me my package or refund my money.

What went wrong??? I ordered these items nearly two months ago. Needless to say, I had to fly out on the 22nd of December, supposably when these things were delivered. I have no idea. No one said it would take 2 months for $170.00 So needless to say, the things I was looking forward to giving as Christmas gifts will never happen. Thank you for absolutely nothing. I wonder if it will be on the porch in two weeks when I fly back. Never again!

I did not get the product I purchased, I ordered two blankets for my boy and girl and you delivered a duplicate for May daughter blanket instead. This product is not cheap and to spend 132$ in two duplicate blankets is way too much. In addition I have not heard from customer service and due to Christmas responses will be delay. I wanted these blankets for Christmas precisely

Beautiful personalized blankets, hit a snag with the initial delivery but a new order was placed and I received delivery in time for Christmas. Great product and great customer service!
