The blanket was exactly like I thought it would be. My grand daughter will love it

You promised that the blankets would be here by Christmas if we ordered before December 3. I ordered November 29, and I still don’t have it. So am I getting my money back?

It was not delivered to the destination it needed to go to now I have to pay additional money to send it to Oklahoma and it will not be there on time for Christmas You were supposed to refund me and I have not yet received this refund.

This was honestly the first Christmas gift I purchased for my granddaughter on November 6th. It took over 6 weeks to get the blanket. Tracking the package was not accurate. Had to purchase another gift to make sure I had a backup. Emails keep say it's scheduled to be delivered on time, 2 weeks does not equal 6 weeks.

Even though I finally received my product, I will not buy from this company again. I placed an order back in November, and was told the product will be delivered early December. That did not happen. I contacted them and they said they will be delivered by 12/20 still a no show until a few days later. Their phone number doesn’t work and they stop replying to my text. Save yourself a headache and buy from Amazon. Very unhappy customer.

It took quite awhile to receive it, wished they shipped it sooner

Took forever for it to get here. Just made it in time for Christmas which I am thankful. For the price, size and quality not up to my expectations. Doesn't even cover my grandkids up.

The item I ordered for my wife turned out beautiful. I am very pleased with the results.
I am already looking into other products to purchase.

Picked out what I thought was best,was given several choices,got to view my order with picture and name and easily placed the order.
A little concerned about getting it before Christmas even after paying for expedited delivery but package arrived yesterday and I am impressed. My 10 year old will love it, especially since it gives Bible references as to why she's loved so much.
Great job but could do without all the emails regarding selling me more stuff. But happy with it.

Let your customers know that it may take longer than expected. Also product is not actual size. Product Smaller than stated. Very dissatisfied in the blanket.

I ordered the memorial blanket with 8 pictures. All the pictures on the left side have orange faces. Very disappointed since this is a Christmas gift.
