This experience has been a nightmare! I am completely appalled at the blankets I received. They were small, thin, frayed, and of poor quality. The material was cheap and the blankets looked like they were thrown together. Thread was sticking out on the corners, and the material was so thin you could almost see through it. There’s no way I can give them as gifts.

Also, there was fraud surrounding the delivery. I received fake USPS texts stating there was an error with my address. USPS confirmed the text was fraudulent. Another company claiming to be handling the tracking of my package sent fraudulent information and stated my order hd been delivered 3 days prior to today. My order came today, 1/5/24.

I am requesting a full refund, because the product you displayed on your website is not what I received. The wording is the same, but the quality is substandard. The blankets will surely tear the first time they are washed. This product is so disheartening and completely unacceptable.

I ordered the personalized blanket and ornament for my daughter. Each item was beautiful and exactly as I created it and ordered from the website. Colors and quality on point- however I did think the blanket would be a bit thicker (I upgraded to largest) but it still worked well!
Customer service stayed in touch when there was a slight delay in shipping and even automatically credited me for some shipping cost! Will be ordering again!

I ordered two sherpa blankets for our Granddaughters. For each blanket I could choose hair and facial characteristics similar to the children. When the blankets arrived I was amazed at the resemblance to our Granddaughters! I highly recommend these.

The gift was nice but the quality of the fabric and color of the picture wasn’t the best

I bought this as a gift for my daughter to help find certain Bible verses. I absolutely love it and so does she! The blanket is very soft and the graphics are great, I really loved that I was able to personalize the blanket with her name and features. Highly recommend!

The personalized blanket arrived late, via USPS. The tracking information did not work and did not indicate the shipping carrier, nor the country of origin. It is beautiful though. The only disappointment was that the back of the blanket is white. It should be the pink color requested for the front of the blanket! I was going to order one for my grandson, but he won't keep a white blanket clean at all.

I ordered blankets for my nieces and nephews, 14 in total and ordered them after the Christmas delivery deadline. They all arrived before Christmas and the kids love them! They are nice quality and so soft. I will definitely order from this company again!

I initially had issues getting my order. I contact customer support and they were diligent in finding out what happened to my order. It was thought that the item was lost in shipping so they ordered me another. That one arrived a week or two later and so did the first one I ordered. I guess it finally found its way to me. Customer support was great from start to finish.

I ordered 2 blankets for my daughters as Christmas gifts. I was a little dissatisfied with the delivery process. The tracking options were not up to date to know when my item would arrive. Over all the item was as pictured except the skin tone of the girl on the blanket. I recommend not changing skin tone if you order, keep it as standard then it might be accurate. I believe the company stands behind their products and communicates through email to resolve any issues. I did get my order in time for Christmas so that was good and they will replace it for a better quality. My daughters loved the special made blanket.
