BUYER BEWARE!! 0 stars for this company! I ordered and paid for a blanket and they sent a necklace. They refused to provide me a postage paid label to return the necklace. Initially, they said if I paid them more money, they’d send the blanket. I refused. They then said they would send the blanket I ordered only if I provided them with a 5 star rating on this platform. UNBELIEVABLE!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!

I wanted to take the time to write this review for GIFTAGO as I would totally recommend for anyone to buy from this site, I had an issued with the shipping address and the item went to the wrong house when I reached out to GIFTAGO they did not hesitate to make it right they went through all of there steps professionally and were quick to re-send me my item to the correct house. Ordering from this website was easy and fun. It was late at night when I placed the order and the next morning I realized I made a mistake. I sent a quick email to the company. They did get the eye color wrong
They did get the eye color wrong, but I told them and they were quick to send me a replacement!!! I absolutely LOVE the blanket and so does my daughter and she’s 23😅, the quality is amazing, the size is ginormous!!! She can wrap herself up in it, it looks like her!!! I’m so happy with the blanket!!!

I ordered a blanket for my daughter. I liked it so much I ordered 3 more for her friends. Customer services was very prompt and helpful when I realized the shipping address was wrong after I had placed the order. They corrected it the next business day.

Just like my personalized preview!
I got a blanket for my mom. It came out beautiful and the blanket is soft! I ordered on December 22nd and it arrived on January 13th. This took much longer to get to me than my first order. Although the number for customer service never worked for me, the emails go through and they got back to me fairly quickly. I’m glad with how they handled my order and assured me of the status.

The blanket I received was cute but I actually expected it to be better quality for the price because it was very thin and didn’t feel like Sherpa at all. I was kind of disappointed because this was a Christmas present to my daughter and son.
