Thank you for my beautiful blankets. One of them is plush and exactly what I expected. The other one is also beautiful but not the plush one that I ordered. They are both warm and I know very durable to appreciate and cherish for many years. I will be ordering again from Giftago. I have washed them and dried them and they came out feeling fantastic!

It has been over a month since I ordered my product. It still has not even shipped.

Never ever leave reviews for anything. But this place was beyond amazing. Thought this was going to be some cheap rinky dink hallmark store. First I loved the blankets so I decided to order some for my daughters. Plenty of options on thickness and length. Best part was I realized after the order I made a mistake on a hair color. Confirmation email had a support link. Didn’t think I’d hear back. Very quickly got a response stating they would make the changes. In the mean time I found another coupon code that offered 2% more than the one I had. Immediate response the extra couple dollars will be returned immediately with an amount. Blankets came they were beautiful and beyond our expectations! I know right where to go to buy for any person any event. Giftago was extraordinary !!!

I love that I was able to personalize WHO the blanket was for and reference it for my mom who is also known as Memaw to her grandson! <3 <3

I had to wait additional time for the item I wanted. But it was worth it. The quality is outstanding, customer support was outstanding.

What a Great company, I Love the Blankets, I've gotten 6 now, 1 for me, and 5 for my Nieces and Nephews and I need to order 2 more!

I am very pleased with the blanket I ordered. My daughter loved it.

It took over 1.5 months to receive. Customer service was not responsive. Tracking did not update for over 2 weeks. I only got a response when I threatened to submit a claim with my bank and wanted a refund.

I ordered 2 blankets for both my daughters as Xmas presents. They loved them. They both said how beautiful they were. Each blanket had its separate message to each of them. Ordered them two weeks before Xmas & received them on time. Great customer service & Quality!!!

I paid extra for the Sherpa blanket but it feels as light as fleece. Also, the print on the blanket is kind of a soft focus. It looked sharper on the website. Cute blanket but a little disappointed. I wouldn’t order again.

I’ve ordered twice now and I have received my items ordered. I gave them the gifts and everyone loved them. I do wish one thing. That when you send a tracking number to clients that you also send the link so they are able to track it because I know different, shipping companies are different and it would be helpful to have the tracking link. Thank you for your beautiful work. I look forward ordering from you in the future.

Good company

My order was placed many weeks before Christmas. The order did not arrive until after Christmas which meant my grandsons did not get the personalized throws I had made for them of their deceased father, my son!! This was so disheartening!!

My daughter absolutely LOVES her blanket. She sleeps with it every night and carries it around the house with her, too! The blanket is beautiful, soft, and wraps her in God's Truth about who she truly is, in a world that wants to give her a lot of contrary messages. Thank you for creating a life-giving product.

INITIAL REVIEW ON 2/13/24: Several weeks ago I ordered a blanket from Giftago a few weeks ago & spent approximately $100.00. FIVE days ago, I received a message that my blanket was preparing for shipment. However when I go onto the website for tracking info, the status still shows that it is being made. The company's phone goes straight to voicemail and they are NOT responding to my emails. This company takes your money and does NOT provide products. RIP OFF!!! CONSUMERS BEWARE!!!
UPDATED REVIEW: Once I put my complaint on Trust Pilot, the company did begin to e-mail me back. This was greatly appreciated. I still never spoke to anyone on the phone but at least the company was finally responding. It was explained that although I was receiving multiple emails that my blanket was on its way, that in fact the items needed to make the blanket were out of stock. My shipping was refunded and I was told that I would receive express shipping free of charge. I was also given the option to cancel my order and get a refund. I decided not to cancel my order in hopes that it would come quickly. (It was for someone's birthday on 2/15.) My blanket arrived on 3/4/24 after making its way from Vietnam (per the email that I received explaining the long shipping process). It is beautiful indeed! I wish they would give accurate shipping estimates and updates to allow the consumer to know upfront the ETA. Automatic shipping updates should be disabled, in my humble opinion, as this creates false hopes and leads to frustration. That being said, I wanted to update and amend my initial review. This company DOES send you your ordered items. It may take a while.... but eventually you'll receive it. I will update my star from a 1 to a 2.5 (if possible) as I continued to receive erroneous shipping timelines even once in contact with customer service. I cannot give 3 stars for the reasons listed above. However, it is a beautiful blanket!
