Support and time responses have improved a lot. I feel happy withe the assigned team to us. Things to improve: We had problems on payments like differences between received amount by contractor and approved invoiced by CFO; also delays in payments.

Globally nice with some improvements
The platform is user friendly, the team is very nice, and the concept is globally good. But we experienced some issues like login issue, which was not working every time. Also the help desk / chat bot is very long to come back to you when you ask help. Finally, the legal process should be a bit reviewed. Make sure contractors are uploading the right documents before the pay day because it is not seemed to be really rigorous.

ONTOP helped me to solve the payments to workers abroad, at the same time it helped me to save a lot of time in this process.
I have never had major problems with payments and when something has happened, the same ontop executives take the case and help us solve it

I really like ontop services. I can see you keep improving the platform over the months. There are some things still to be improved, hence 4 starts instead of 5. For example, this was the second month that 2 days after I got paid, I received an email letting me know my money was on the way.
I'm also the person responsible for making the payments on our company. And there are a lot of things that if I have to change, or correct I must email my account manager (who is great, btw - Mateo - very thoughtful and replies promptly with solutions and explanations), instead of being able to fix it myself.
