Payment Delays and generic responses on support

The overall idea is good, sign contract and get paid (or pay someone)

But here's the real deal:

- On my first payment i got problems to withdraw my money, only after contacting support i was able to do it.
- Now here we are again, first they sent a wrong paycheck, missing almost 300USD from it, and just after a couple of days i received the missing part.
- Then i requested a withdraw, after SEVEN days the order still pending and i only get generic responses like "We sent your request to our team, you're my top#01 priority, blah blah blah"

TLDR;
Not reliable if you need to withdraw your money fast

My experience has been really smooth

My experience has been really smooth, it's the best online banking I've tried until now. Their virtual VISA card is straightforward to use, you can even use it as an NFC card from your phone, which makes bank transfers unnecessary allowing you to avoid paying for commissions. I've had to deal with other services before and had horrible nightmarish experiences in which they kept part of my money and were secretly charged a lot of fees. OnTop seems very transparent on that until now, they also allow you to manage contracts so it's the best all-in-one tool I have used to date. I hope they say this way and improve.

employee payments delays

My salary arrived on time 3 x months, then 12 days delay its due date in April, without an explanation provided. I contacted customer service on last day of April (when money was transfered ) to esnure this will not happen going foward. Customer service ensured me I will be paid by 3/05 max as money was received and it is processed. It is 9th now, still no cash being present on ontop interface. Customer service is a joke, only emojis and word salad, no follow ups, no updates.
My ceo has similar messages from thir support - they are suprised as much as we are.

here is a short advice, Care it is a SCAM!!

they closed my account and took all my money (more than 3k $) into it without any warning or any single email, just closed it as if it wasn't there without providing any reasons, I am following them legally.

but as an advice "save you time and look for a reliable e-wallet"

Highly recommended

I have been using Ontop services for more than 6 months now and find them to be super helpful and supportive. We experience not just a good platform but one that is great and very efficient. Easy to use

It is a practical solution with adequate costs for small companies or startups. Ontop should improve customer service as it is very slow and there are no other ways to contact them.

Pesimo servicio, NO RECOMENDADO!

NO RECOMENDADO! de lo peor, tiempos lentos de transferencias, la empresa contratante realiza el pago a ontop con antelacion y ontop tarda mas de 7 dias en reflejar el pago en mi wallet. Los "agentes" no dan respuesta a tus requerimientos, no responde mensajes.
