My experience with Ontop overall has been great. Prior to working with OnTop, we had many issues managing payroll and issuing compliant payments to contractors in generally difficult to do business countries like Venezuela. Ontop resolved that issue by acting as an intermediary and offering a wide variety of payment options to the contractors. The company is growing really fast and the product is constantly changing, which makes for some growing pains, but their very helpful account managers have always been there to fix any issues we have run into.

Plataforma en mejora y que cumple su cometido
Llevo trabajando con ellos casi un año, la plataforma esta en continua evolución y facilitando que el servicio sea más cómodo, autónomo y sencillo. Para que ambas partes se puedan preocupar del trabajo y su día a día, y simplemente este proceso les repercuta el menor tiempo posible o impacto en los procesos.
Buscando la reducción de costes, y que al final sea lo más transparente y con menores costes de gestiones por el servicio.
Costes y comisiones dentro del mercado actual para los servicios que desarrollan.

Unified Payments
Ontop facilitates the payroll process in a huge way. We have people working in many countries around the world, so the payments had to be made to different territories and entities by extremely difficult. By unifying the payment we saved time and we don't have to be worried about it.
In the time we have used Ontop, we have had some troubles, but the customer service is always very willing to help us and resolve any issue that arose.

International Payroll Management
At PanAmericom, we were struggling to hire contractors outside of Guatemala, there were many challenges from Recruitment standpoint as well as Payroll. Ontop made it very easy for us, their portal is very intuitive and user friendly, you can use their contracts or your own, contractors have the option to receive payments any way they want (PayPal, Wire Transfer, on a Debit card, etc) and have control and visibility of when they get paid. I recommend Ontop to anyone looking to hire resources internationally.

Ontop nos ha facilitado enormemente las contrataciones internacionales. La plataforma es fácil de usar pero más allá de eso, el equipo de soporte siempre te responde muy rápido cualquier pregunta o problema que tengas y actúan inmediatamente.

Estoy muy contenta con el excelente servicio de parte Marcela, siempre está al pendiente de nuestras necesidades, es muy amable y nos apoya en todo momento.
La única área de oportunidad que puedo mencionar es que la plataforma llega a tener fallas en poder actualizar información que ingresamos (sobre todo con mi cuenta) no genera ó no guarda los movimientos.

Great customer service
Ontop makes it easy to hire international talent. They have great customer service. The platform still has some things that they could improve but they're very open to feedback and proactive about it.
