My masseuse, Maureen, was friendly and amazing with her hands. I thoroughly enjoyed my massage.
I booked in the morning for an appointment in the afternoon the same day. The booking process was very easy!

Blys brought the spa to my living room!
My massage was amazing! From the easy booking. To the tracking when your therapist is on their way! Amazing for me as a mom to get the dogs put away and baby given to dad or put down for a nap!
Yorlanis was so thorough in her techniques and really paid attention to what area I said bothered me the most! Best massage Iâve ever had. And Blys really brought the spa to my living room!

Post C section lymphatic drainage massage
I had an amazing experience with Ali as my lymphatic drainage massage therapist. Iâm three months post C-section, and she really helped with drainage around my scar tissue. She brought everything she needed, explained the process in detail beforehand, and kept me informed throughout. I felt completely comfortable, and the massage was incredibly effective. Iâll absolutely be rebooking with her!

Very disappointing experience withâŠ
Very disappointing experience with Blys, especially during our honeymoon.
We booked a 90-minute couples massage, expecting a premium and relaxing experience. One of the therapists was very good and completed the full 90 minutes. Unfortunately, the therapist assigned to me was very poor. The massage was uncomfortable, low quality, and he stopped after only 60 minutes instead of the 90 minutes we paid for.
This completely ruined what was supposed to be a special honeymoon experience.
What makes it even more disappointing is how Blys handled the situation afterward. They only refunded the 30 minutes that were not provided, which feels like the absolute bare minimum with a voucher of 25$ (On a over 400$ total price...). There was no real customer service, no goodwill gesture, and no proper acknowledgement that the experience itself was unacceptable.
From what I was told by the therapist, Blys charges a significant amount per therapist while the therapist only receives part of that amount. So the refund felt like they were simply covering the unpaid portion of the therapistâs time, while still keeping their margin and taking no real responsibility for the ruined experience.
For a company charging premium prices, this is not acceptable. The issue with Blys is that you may get a good therapist, but you may also get a very bad one â and if that happens, donât expect the company to properly stand behind the service.
Very disappointing. I would not recommend Blys for any important occasion, especially not for something like a honeymoon.

Absolutely mugged off
Absolutely mugged off. I put our an enquiry on their website for a massage. Someone came through as interested in the job. I didn't confirm it because he didn't have any reviews and I wasn't sure about it. The app then auto confirmed it. I went to cancel immediately and was told I would be charged ÂŁ6.80 for cancelling a booking i never made. Today I have checked my bank balance and they have debited the full ÂŁ74. This is the least relaxing wellness experi3nce ever.

Upon review, we found that the booking request was made available to the first available provider rather than selecting a specific provider. As outlined during the booking process, once a provider accepts the request, the booking is automatically confirmed and payment is processed.
As the booking was cancelled after it had already been confirmed, a 10% cancellation fee (ÂŁ6.80 ) was applied in line with our cancellation policy. We can confirm that the remaining amount of ÂŁ68 was refunded immediately after the booking was cancelled. While the original charge may still be visible on your account as refunds typically take 3 to 5 business days to be reflected by your bank, which is why it may appear that the full amount has been charged. Our team also reached out to you via email to explain this and provide further details.
