I placed an order over a month ago and it still has not been shipped. I have tried to contact customer service, but they will not respond to me. I also tried calling their number and receive an error that says "the number you have dial is on APN". I had to contact my visa to get them to refund the money. Previous orders were fantastic, but I don't know what is going on now.

As I'm not really using the product regularly anymore, I reached out to them to cancel my upcoming auto-renew on my subscription. I have now been trying to reach them for over TWO weeks and received NO response whatsoever. Fortunately I paid via PayPal so I was able to cancel any future attempts to charge me, but their "customer service" is non-existent. Buyer beware!!

I had been getting a product from amie naturals for 2 years. It was a good product. But they changed/ got rid of it and don't carry my product anymore, along with completely rebranding. NO notice of change or canceling product. Not a company I trust to get product from anymore.

I just wanted to share my experience thus far with this product. I have researched and researched products. I’ve been trying several for the past 8 years. Nothing happened ever. Creams, suppositories and pills nothing. I’ve been married for 35 years and I have the most compassionate husband. He’s been by my side trying all of these other products and being sad right along with me. Skeptical about it naturally my hubby and I gave it a try yesterday. I tried my first one and within about 30 minutes I asked my hubby to go take a shower. After about 45 minutes we had to stop to go to a grandchild baseball game. LOL. It was amazing. I really hope this helps others to give it a try. I know there are other couples out there struggling. It was so nice to have my mind and my body be on the same page. That’s the key right there. That’s where Amie makes a huge difference. I actually wanted him. Thank you thank thank you!!! Amie has made this happily married couple feel like there newlyweds again.

Major scam after ordering - they automatically subscribe you and when I contacted them to say I didn’t subscribe, they said they will cancel. Then didn’t send the products and kept saying I needed to give a VAT number to them claiming it’s tax in my country. Unfortunately this is inaccurate as tax is collect (if any) by the postal service so they are again scamming. To date - nothing received.

Ember had the best formulation from what I could tell and the reviews seemed legit (not all five stars which actually made me trust it more). I've been taking it for about two months and my research paid off. Definitely noticing a difference in desire and arousal. The maca and ashwagandha combo seems to be key from what I've read. Anyway just wanted to add my data point to the pile.

I have been trying to call to cancel my automatic shipment. The phone number listed doesn’t work and the dispensing pharmacy gave the same exact number. I will now go ahead and dispute the charge and win! Thanks for making me not trust any online purchase through FB.

Look I'm not gonna write a novel. I'm 48, libido was dead, tried Ember, it works. Takes about 3 weeks to kick in. I take two capsules with breakfast every day. Between the IUD, the stress, and turning 40, my hormones were a disaster. Zero libido, like truly zero. I didn't even think about sex ever. Do not even attempt to make a purchase. My account was charged five separate times without a single confirmation of a purchase. I am waiting on over $250 worth of refunds & was ghosted on December 23rd, 2023. I have contacted the BBB in hopes of a resolution. All I wanted was to try & get my spark back & now I am out money & incredibly frustrated.

Horrible customer service service. They received my product back unopened and I can’t get anyone to respond to my inquiries about my refund

I’ve tried so many things for my PCOS, but Boost is the only thing that’s made a noticeable difference. My symptoms are more manageable and I feel so much better.

I went on this site on October 24, 2024 and placed 2 items in my cart, while still shopping the money for these items was charged to my debit card. I immediately cancelled the items and requested a refund via Email. I was Emailed back the following day stating the transaction was cancelled and would receive my refund in 3 to 5 business days. It is now November 8, 2024 and still have not received refund. I have sent several emails requesting status of my refund and finally received a response on November 7th stating that my refund was issued on October 24, 2024. I spoke with my bank and went over all transactions to make sure I didn’t miss anything and my bank confirmed that the refunds were never issued. I have Sent another Email and have not received a response. Very shady business, I would Not recommended purchasing from this business.
