If I could give it zero stars I would
If I could give it zero stars I would. Please do not use this app and get massaged by the men. They are extremely creepy and prey on vulnerable women. I have been sexually harassed and assaulted by two different providers on this app and Blys' Safety Team has done nothing but further antagonise me as if I was the wrongful party. Another provider arrived 2 hours later after getting into a car accident and showed up drunk and concussed; Blys still charged me their service charges and denied me a refund. I was happy to pay the provider but wanted a refund of the $100~ in fees. I also work in dispute resolution in a Trust and Safety space and this is appalling. The Safety officer I've had the displeasure of encountering is triggering, cold, and dismissive. I'll be escalating this further to all relevant parties, but please do not use this unsafe and unmonitored app.

I had a wonderful experience with the Blys at home massage service. I was given a voucher as a gift and it was absolutely perfect for me, as I didn't have to leave home with my newborn. Booking process was also easy and I could choose my therapist and preferred days/times.
In addition, my therapist Cicilia was amazing! She knew exactly how to target my areas of concern and was such a calming presence throughout my entire session. Felt so relaxed and rejuvenated afterwards.

I asked for a strong massage and that's definitely what I got. It's tricky because there's some areas that I need more pressure some areas are more sensitive so I can't say I enjoyed the whole Massage but I also recognize that it's not easy to get the pressure right in every spot. My husband very much enjoyed his hot stone massage
