The product they sent me was nothing more than chalky pills that did absolutely nothing at all. I took as needed and did nothing. Waisted money and I will never order from them again. False advertisement for sure. Scam!!! Ads look great don't buy.

Doesn't work at all. Does absolutely nothing so don't believe the hype from the fake reviews they've posted all over their website and internet. Save you few hundred dollars for something else!

The cutoff for their "quiz" is anyone less than 66 years of age. If you are older than that, the quiz shuts you down. When you chat with their AI bot they have you give your contact info and then you get an email from their support that says there's a message in the portal and that you might have to login to see it. WELL, if you are NOT a client then guess what, you can't login and you can't see what the message is. At this point, I'm reporting them as a scam.

Pretty disappointed in their customer service reps. They did not honor my 6 month money back guarantee, and they purposefully omitted this when I was copiously communicating with customer service. I cancelled my account within the 5 months of the 6 months risk free guarantee, I lost my job and confided that I wanted to pick back up after I was texting back and forth with their reps about how to proceed. They said I could always cancel and pick up exactly where I left off. I assumed the refund was initiated during the call and when it didn't hit I followed up with them. I was 4 days past the fine-print, 14 day refund request window, which they didn't even mention during paragraphs of communication when I was confiding in them and asking for advice on how to proceed. Definitely feel disappointed they didn't guide me correctly as I was trusting them and very vulnerable about my situation. They ended up giving me 99 dollars of 700. Over a 4 days late, complete fail in communication. Now I have a pretty low opinion of them. Def will never trust them again. their answer was completely "you should have read the fine print" but in the amount of communication we had, I would have expected them to have warned me the refund was a completely separate from the cancellation. beware, they do not care about your situation, even if you are a single mother experiencing peri, and a simultaneous job loss. I'd give them 0 stars on emotional intelligence and communication, and nuance.

I have been using Oestra and interacting with the Inner Balance Telehealth company since November of 2025. The first time I used it I didn't like it, but to be honest, I only used it for 3 days. That said, I requested a refund after my first time trying it, and they did refund my $199, no questions asked. However, they asked if I'd like to share why I was asking for a refund and I did explain to them why. I was very pleasantly surprised that it wasn't a hassle.

Then two months later, I had began to feel my symptoms return (I was in late menopause) and since I still had the original Oestra (they didn't require me to return it bcz it cannot be resold for sound medical practice to be upheld), I decided to give it another shot.

Long story short, I have been using it since January 2026. I reordered it and started my new subscription in April 2026 AND HAVE NOT LOOKED BACK!

This product is the best for me (the patch and progesterone pill for some reason caused me to have an allergic reaction [rash] on my neck), and it is an all-in-one so I don't have to use anything else. Also, my muscles have come back from starting to melt away, I'm sleeping well, I have energy, I have almost no joint pain and I can think clearly again. HRT doesn't make my life perfect, BUT it is a gift that keeps on giving to me better health and preventive measures as I continue to age.

I wanted to add my two cents here bcz there aren't a lot of reviews on TP about this company & product and, for me at least, they are a much appreciated duo in this season of my life.

I was doing well,then vaginal irritations. After 5 months I went on the account and asked to "pause" my treatment shiomwnt as there is an option to pause.. THEY WROTE BACK THIS PAUSE WOULD "IN NO WAY BE HONORED"!! SO after payi g $199 a month rhe next month at$99and asking to pause they said they would ONLY CANCEL MY ACCOUNT-MAKING ME START ALL OVER AT $199!!THEY MISLEAD CUSTOMERS. BE VERY CAREFULL. STILL HAVENT SPOKWN TO A SUPERVISOR OR LIVE PERSON. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Stay away from this company unless you want yo to be gaslite by a bunch of RNs and never speak to an actual provider. They automatically compound and bill you for 3 months of treatment before even telling you what dosing was selected for you or why. After 4 requests to speak to a provider I'm canceling 2 subscriptions only because its too frustrating to deal with the company to either get a hold of a provider and or a dosage change. I had been using alloy for hrt and wanted to try an all-in-one cream option but the dose they gave me is too low, no where near my hrt dosing.so I sit and suffer until I decided screw this, I'm going back to what I was taking. At least I'm Connected with a reputable doctor at alloy through their app. They dont have an android app at inner balance. Bunch of unprofessional AI

I started inner Balance over 5 months ago.
The changes for me at 65 after being surgically trust into menopause at 39 has been remarkable. All my reproductive was removed. For that reason plus my age
I had to consult a cardiologist first . After giving me a resounding YES (because My heart is in great healt) I started innerbalance Oestra vaginal cream.
My sleep has improved dramatically as has my energy level. I was not sleeping well for YEARS and I did not feel vital at all in my body. Weak and tired all the time.
But for me the reduction from a hot flash every hour (yes, I started having them again after years of None!) to literally back to none.
And praise the Lord the SANDPAPER feeling during sex is 100% GONE!!!!! Sex is fantastic again. Hallelujah!

Hasn’t been long enough to review the effectiveness of the product. But I can say that I could not get the pump to work. I did all the instructions. Pumped it over a hundred times, turned it upside down… eventually I just removed the sticker and unscrewed the top so I could try and get it to work.
That’s a really crappy design for a 200$ pump of estrogen…
I immediately tried to cancel my order after seeing this lame bottle, but as everyone claims: there’s no way to do that. I wasn’t able to get the info I wanted. Going to have to try again today.
I can tell you from everything I’ve seen and the research I’ve done: many of the good reviews are not real. They are just employees or bots. I wish I had done this much research before I bought this damn subscription. This product is definitely too expensive. I believed the reviews at first. But after 10 days, I have seen no evidence that this is working.

Horrible website user interface. Obviously preying on women who want medical help but squeezing out as much money for their snake oil. You have to talk to an ai assistant who doesn’t réspond to your questions. No button to cancel or change order (which is why I had to go to the ai chat). They charge crazy prices and all the reviews are from people who work there posing as real reviews on Reddit! They probably moderate the page on Reddit too so only the most flattering posts are on there. If I manage to get a real human to refund me my money and cancel the subscription I will be happy and have nothing to do with this predatory company again. I don’t even want to try the product now, the price was too high and the subscription model is set up so it’s nearly impossible to cancel. That alone is a red flag.

I’ve done online/tele health before. The ordering was smooth. I am a difficult patient (I know that). The product was exactly as expected! Side effects (unusual) became intolerable! My concerns were answered promptly.
Why the 4 rating instead of 5? Cancellation and refund. There is no direct number to call, following their on line instructions isn’t working. I sent a chat message and an email (just now) for help. Will wait to see.

Tried to order one time; the website demands verification of who I am, sure. Tried that several times but it didn’t work. Really, I am who I am. Promise I’m not pretending to be a 46 year old woman that lives in the middle of north western Wisconsin. The site says contact support, so I go to support. No help at all, except AI… lovely. I keep searching all over for help, nope. The site suggests reading articles about their products, but that isn’t helpful. Back to AI. Just canceling my “order”, which they won’t send anyway unless I verify who I am anyway. AI says it will take 24 hours to cancel the order. I just made it 5 minutes ago.
Never trying this again.

DO NOT TRUST INNER BALANCE. I purchased Libidia in hopes of helping my sex drive which is non- existent. They charge $150 for a 1 month supply or $300 for a 3 month supply. I unfortunately went with the 3 month because it was the cheapest in the long run and I had high hopes. A three month supply is 30 pills, not 90. They suggest that each pill can last up to 72 hours. This pill did nothing for me and now I’m out $300 because they won’t refund “prescriptions”. Btw, they just sign you up for an ongoing subscription so make sure you cancel that if you aren’t happy with the result.

This company is a rare “do what they say they will” company!! Compassionate health professionals and staff lead you through the process efficiently. I ended up not being able to continue the treatment by no fault of the product. The refund process was smooth and quick just as the guarantee states. A Great company! I would highly recommend!

I am so thankful to everyone at Inner Balance! Thanks to the wonderful care and the magic of Oestra I have my life back! I’m so grateful tele-health is a thing! Without it, I would have never been able to get on Oestra and get my life back! They make it easy! Like pushing the easy button but for reals! It’s also literally risk free to try! I love Oestra! I have been using it for 7 months now. No more menopause symptoms! Customer service has also been great! I recommend this company to all of my friends!!

I tried the patch and the progesterone pill before Oestra, and all they did was put weight on me and make my hair fall out. On top of that, I was dealing with recurring bladder infections, sometimes 6–10 a year and constantly on antibiotics. It felt like my body was falling apart.

Oestra has been a completely different experience for me. It stopped the hair shedding, the nonstop UTIs, the night sweats, and the moodiness. My gut can FINALLY heal. I honestly feel like a different person now, much more myself than I’ve felt in years.

You would have to pry Oestra out of my cold, dead hands. I’m never going back.
